| Ingredients: 1. 2.5 liter whole milk for paneer 2. 1 Lemon 3. 1.5 liter whole milk for malai 4. 25 gm sugar for malai 5. 3 cup water for syrup 6. 200 gm sugar for syrup 7. Cardamom powder 1/2 spoon 8. Dry fruits as much required for decoration (Cherry, Alm |

| Method: 1. Boil 1.5 liter of full cream milk to thick consistencywith saffron/cardamon and 25 gm sugar (this makes malai). 2. Make paneer with 2.5 liter milk (add lemon in milk and boil it) 3. Knead paneer with 1 spoon of sugar. Knead it until it is very soft and your hand gets oily. 4. Make desired shape of paneer. 5. In any deep vessel pour 3 cups of water plus 200 gm sugar and bring it to boil. (This is syrup) 6. Add the shaped paneer in the syrup. 7. Cover it and cook for about 15 minutes. 8. Remove it from syrup and put in hot malai. 9. Refrigerate for few hours. 10. Put Rasmalai pieces in a plate and pour little malai. Decorate with dry fruits. 11. Sprinkle cardamon powder and/or coconut powder and serv |
