Thank You for this new day, and even for the little aches and injuries that make me appreciate how well my body usually works.
Thank You for the wonderful body You've given me—my arms, legs, hands, feet, eyes, ears and mouth. I dedicate my body to You, Jesus. Let me live only to praise and glorify You.
As I stop and think, I realize how each breath that I breathe and each beat of my heart is a marvel and a miracle. I don't have to use machines to keep my body running smoothly; I just have to take care of this wonderful piece of "equipment" that You've given me. Help me to be faithful to take care of my body so that I can be fit and whole and healthy to serve You and others. And when You allow a little breakdown, or a tune-up is needed once in a while, help me to take advantage of it to get well oiled by Your precious Holy Spirit and renewed by Your words.
Thank You that whether in sickness or in health, I can praise You by either coming closer into Your presence, or by going to help someone else. I love You so much and just want to please You.

Warning! Please Refer To The Maker's Manual Before Operating Your Machine!
Any intelligent person always thoroughly studies the instructions to a valuable machine before they even touch it or attempt to operate it!--And as a result, they save themselves a lot of time & trouble & possible permanent damage to their equipment as well. But those who are too impatient to read the book first or think they already know how to operate it, or don't want to confess that they need the help of the instruction book, usually have nothing but trouble!
Why struggle through life needlessly when your Creator, your Maker, your Manufacturer, God, has had some men of His write a Maker's Instruction Manual, with definite diagrams & already stated specifications for the complicated business of living & operating your own body, mind & spirit! You could waste an awful lot of time & do an awful lot of damage to yourself & a lot of other people by not taking time to read the Book first, to learn the right way to operate your soul in order to save it for His use without abuse, & finally get it safely to Heaven forever! Don't take chances!--Read & follow the Book!--Amen?
