To Those I Love and Those Who Love Me
When I am gone, release me, let me go, I have so many things to see and do, You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears. Be happy that we had so many years. I gave you my love, You can only guess, How much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now it is time I travel alone. So greive a while for if grieve you must, then let your grief be, comforted by trust. It's only for awhile that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart. I won't be far away, for life goes on. So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near. And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear, All of my love around you, soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile, and say,....... "Welcome Home"

In Loving Memory Of Family And Friends
We thought of you with love today, But that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday, And days before that too. We think of you in silence, We often speak your name. Now...all we have are memories, And your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake, With which we will never part. God has you in His keeping... We have you in our hearts.

Why? That is the question we are all asking? No one knows for sure why Joan left us so suddenly, except it must have been her time to leave this earth..Only God knows why. Joanie Oney left us too soon..Her and her hubby, Tom of 43 years, had such terrific plans when he retired not to soon from now.

Yes, Tom lost his wife, life long companion and best friend. Their children, Tommy and Shari lost one special loving and devoted Mom and granddaughters, Sara and Hailey lost the best gammy ever.

Her brother, Donnie lost his sister whom he cherished his entire life and was so very close to her. Her sister Carol lost the best sister and best friend anyone could ever have.

And as for me Joan was my rock and even though she was only my sister in law, she treated me like the sister I never had. She would do anything for anyone and was always there for us and anyone else who needed her.

Joan loved music....all kinds. Her favorite hymn is playing in the background. And she loved Elvis and more recent she loved Vince Gill and his song "Look At Us"..Please read the words..It seems as though the song, written by Vince, was written just for Tom and Joan.

Look at us After all these years together Look at us After all that we've been through Look at us Still leaning on each other Chorus: If you want to see How true love should be Then just look at us Look at you Still pretty as a picture Look at me Still crazy over you Look at us Still believin' in forever Chorus In a hundred years from now I know without a doubt They'll all look back and wonder how We made it all work out Chances are We'll go down in history When they want to see How true love should be They'll just look at us

We all have our own way of grieving..this is natural..Hopefully it will get easier in time, but I know one thing, Joan will be loved and missed for a long time to come by all the lives she touched. She will be missed by her devoted husband, children, brother and sister and special friends and cousins.

My best friend and the most beautiful, giving person I knew... in every imaginable way. She touched our souls with her boundless love and left her indelible imprint in the memories of all those who knew her. She will forever remain in our hearts.

God Bless and Keep You Joan..We all love you. Rest In Peace.
