King William of the Beta Ray

Position: Leader of Asgardian Council / March, 2201

Former Position: Historian of the Golden Realm; Avenger

AGC History: Serving as King in the wake of Balder's death, Bill sits on the throne at the edict of Balder's son Brono, the rightful heir to the throne. Bill was the primary teacher to the Orphans of War through the years, and his extensive historiographies of the Age of Marvels are on display at the Heimdall Library. Bill was murdered by Odin when the former King returned to Asgard with The Third Army - an Army consisted of dead Asgardians that fight under the banner of Franklin Richards.

Kovar the Royal Accuser

Position: Kree Ambassador to the Asgardian Council / May, 2189

AGC History: Kovar is the first of the Accuser class to serve as Ambassador to the Council. He replaced General Ochken, when Ochken was named leader of the Kree Republic. At the time of the most recent Kree Civil War, Kovar ultimately decided to pledge his loyalty to the Supreme Intelligence and turn his back on the Republic, reamining on the Council while the Republicans pledged allegiance to Thanos. Arrogant but fair, Kovar has served on the Council with distinction, and volunteered to fight alongside the Asgardians at the Battle of Niffleheim. He has begun a friendship with Brono, the future King.

Ash'lin

Former Position: Shi'ar Planetary Governor

AGC History: Bred and raised for leadership, Ash'lin was one of the youngest Planetary Governers ever assigned to the key worlds of the Shi'ar Empire. Serving with distinction, she became the youngest Shi'ar Ambassador to the Council. Beyond this, and the general knowledge that her relationship with the Majestrix is icy, little is known by the Council about Ash'lin. She has made no effort to make friends while on Asgard, and stays to herself whenever possible. Ash'lin makes no apologies for always putting Shi'ar interests first and will often take a contrary position just to gain some gift of appeasement from the Council.

Skrull 4

Position: Skrull Ambassador to the Asgardian Council / May, 2160

Former Position: Priest

AGC History: The representative of a scattered empire, Skrull 4 oftens sits at the Council tabe seemingly shriveled within his brown robes. A former minister, he volunteered to undergo the procedure that would grant him the powers of the original members of the Fantastic Four. Casting aside his former name and life, he christened himself Skrull 4, in honor of the FF, and was eventually named Ambassador. As part of a recent secret treaty between his Emperor and Earth, Skrull 4 has been ordered to assassinate Captain America at the time and choosing of the United League of Nations.

Dani Moonstar

Position: Asgardian Ambassador to the Council / January, 2195

Former Position: Avenger, X-Force, New Mutants

AGC History: Returning to Asgard to reclaim her lost Valkyrie powers, Dani Moonstar served among the Valkyrior with great valor, and was eventually named leader of the Valkyrior. After the massive casualties suffered by Asgard during True Ragnarok, Moonstar was named as Thor's replacement as Ambassador to the Council. She is engaged in a long-term relationship with Captain America.

Cable

AGC History: Cable was named the Earth Ambassador to the Council after the death of Empire, who perished during the Kree Three Day Civil War. Cable has done little since moving to Asgard, preferring to ease his way into action. He seeks to gain possession of the Prophecies of Grey and has hunted them through the ages, only to find that it is the ULN that has them. He is serving as Ambassador, despite his distrust of the ULN, in order to retrieve them.

Ben-Vell Parker

Position: The Cosmic Protector has a seat at the Council by provisions of the Alliance Treaty / Joined March 2201

Former Position: Orphan of War

AGC History: Ben-Vell Parker was raised in Asgard as the "Chosen One," the true heir to Mar-Vell, destined to save the Everything. The Supreme Intelligence orchestrated Captain America stripped of the title and powers of the Cosmic Protector, and the elevation of Ben-Vell to that role just in time for Ben to slay Thanos the Mad Titan and fulfill his destiny. Ben-Vell Parker

Family Tree: Clone of Ben-Vell, Son of Genis-Vell and May Parker, Grandson of Mar-Vell, Peter and Mary Jane Parker

AGC History: Ben-Vell was raised on Asgard, believing himself to be the 'Chosen One,' the son of William Parker and Sasha-Ra and destined to become the Cosmic Protector and save the Everything. Recently, however, it was revealed to Ben by the Supreme Intelligence that his life was a lie, that he was really a clone of the original Ben-Vell, who had died during childbirth nearly 200 years in the past. Angered by this revelation, Ben turned his back on Asgard and pledged loyalty to the Kree. Due to the machinations of the Supreme Intelligence, Ben-Vell fulfilled the destiny that was no longer his, becoming the Cosmic Protector and slaying Thanos at the Battle of Niffleheim, thus ending the Eternal War.

Angelica Osborn

Family Tree: Daughter of the current Green Gobliness; Descendant of Norman Osborn

AGC History: Angelica is both the most studious and the youngest of the Orphans, as well as the only Orphan to not posses any powers. The distance she kept from the other Orphans was not a result of these differences, as they believed, but out of a concern for their safety. Only recently has Angel revealed to her friends the truth about her lineage, and her fear that one day she, too, will succumb to the Goblin Legacy of Evil and seek to kill those she loves most.

Eshir Maximoff

Family Tree: Decendant of Magneto, Quicksilver and Crystal

AGC History: Eshir is missing both hands, lost in his youth to the Fenris Wolf in the same accident that took the life of Jonas Barton. Eshir spent most of his life blaming Ben-Vell for the incident, and only recently have the two come to terms with the past. He is also scarred on the left half of his face when he passed out on the ice sheets of Jotunheim as a child. Esh is the most powerful of all the Orphans, and also the most arrogant, though he has tried of late to be more open with his friends.

AGC History: Attumidunn has recently sold her soul to Daimon Hellstrom, in exchange for the location of the Celestial Messiah. Distraught over being dumped by Ben-Vell, and full of self-doubt about her role as a Valkyrie, Toomi underwent Hellstrom's Ceremony of Dark Angels and will now serve with the Angelux in the Army of Doom. Her goal, though she has told no one of this plan, is to somehow defeat the Army of Doom from within.

AGC History: K'Zan Strange has spent his life as the biggest failure of the Orphans. Though he bares the last name strange, K'Zan has no apparent relation to the former Sorcerer Supreme of this reality. He is the product of several couplings between men and women of alternate realities and times and his body struggles to cope with the disparities. Having failed to learn the craft of magic from Amora the Enchantress, K'Zan was recently taken by Galactus to serve as the Planet Devourer's new Herald.

Jonas Barton

Former Position: Orphan of War

AGC History: Jonas Barton was the oldest of the Orphans of War and the acknowledged leader of the group. He died in the jaw of the Fenris Wolf, after a prank pulled by Ben-Vell went horribly wrong. It was during this incident that Eshir Maximoff lost both of his hands. The death of Jonas was the beginning of the rift between Eshir and Ben-Vell, a rift they have only recently made a serious attempt at reconciling.

AGC History: The Supreme Intelligence recently freed himself from the Thanos-forced merging with ISAAC, the Titan supercomputer. Though the Intelligence is the most untrusted member of the Alliance, he did remain loyal to the Council during the Three Day Kree Civil War that was created by his reappearance. The SI arranged for the elevation of Ben-Vell Parker to the title and role of Cosmic Protector. While none of the allied worlds trust him, none would prefer to see him aligned with the other side.

Majestrix Deathcry

Homeworld of Rule: Chandilar

Former Position: Avenger

AGC History: Pulled from her past by Immortus, Deathcry was trained in Limbo, then reinserted into the world in the mid 22nd century, and soon thereafter named ruler of the Shi'ar people due to her overwhelming popularity as a hero of the Eternal War. She must handle the rule of her Empire delicately, balancing the wishes of the expanionist and Shi'ar-centric Imperalists against those who seek to use the wealth and resources of the Empire more freely to help the Asgardian Council.

Emperor Vog

Homeworld of Rule: Skrullos 2

Former Position: Skrull Senator

AGC History: Vog has been in power for nearly a century. After nearly two centuries, Vog has found a suitable new homeworld for the Skrull people and is currently rebuilding the seat of the Empire. From across the Everything, Skrulls are being freed from their refugee camps where they were often treated as slaves by the Kree and Shi'ar planetary rulers. Vog has been described as having all of the worst traits of the bloated Roman Empire, and none of the skill of the early Emperors. He has recently signed a secret treaty with Earth, giving his people access to Earth's resources and Earth access to Skrull technology.

United League of Nations

Rank: Governmental Ruler of Humanity

Homeworld of Rule: Earth

AGC History: Though encompassing nearly all nations on Earth, the ULN is run by the four members of the Security Council that represent each of the four superpowers: the United American States (North and South America), the Confederation of Desert Kingdoms (Middle East and Africa), Soviet Europe (Europe and Russia), and Pacific China (Japan, China, Australia). The ULN created the Saviors to serve as the Earth's super-group, and were behind the decision for Earth to retake its seat at the Asgardian Council, sending Empire to serve as Ambassador. In the wake of Empire's death, the ULN bribed Cable to take the position. They recently signed a secret treaty with the Skrulls, granting them access to Skrull technology.

Brono

AGC History: Brono is the son of Karnilla and Balder the Brave, and has served as the King of the Norns since the death of his mother during True Ragnarok. Instead of ascending to the throne of Asgard with his father's death, Brono named Beta Ray Bill to serve in his place because he did not feel he was ready to rule the Asgardian Council.

Ikaris

AGC History: In 2022, Ikaris petitioned Mentor to move all of the Earth Eternals to Titan, amidst the rise of increased hostilities towards non-mutant superpowered beings on Earth, such as the Eternals and Inhumans. When he was refused, Ikaris sided with Thanos to take Titan by force. As a result, Titan was destroyed and the Eternal War began. The longest-standing member of Thanos' army, it was Ikaris who engineered the betrayal of Thanos. While not done for heroic reasons, the man who inadvertently started the Eternal War, facilitated its conclusion. Now a member of the Army of Doom, Ikaris seeks to reclaim the Earth as the home for his Eternals.

AGC History: At the start of the Eternal War, Bruunhilde found herself torn between her duty to Asgard and her love of Ikaris. When the time came, she chose love, and betrayed Asgard to side with the Eternal people. Furious at Odin for failing to aid the Eternal people, Bruunhilde allowed Thanos to create an army of tainted Valkyries to serve under her leadership: the Angelux. Though her love for Ikaris has long passed, her anger towards Asgard, and Dani Moonstar in particular, remain strong.

Pluto

Olympian King

Rank: King of the Olympian Gods, Ruler of Hades

Position: General in the Army of Doom

AGC History: When Ikaris and Bruunhilde began to plot behind the back of Thanos, it was to Pluto they turned. The ruler of the Olpympians since True Ragnarok, Pluto had held the Olympians in seclusion until the Battle of Niffleheim. Pluto is the keeper of a large supply of Kirbyonic energy that, once infused into a body, makes a person virtually impossible to kill. At "death," the body breaks apart and can later be pulled back together. Pluto killed King Balder during the Battle of Niffleheim.

AGC History: The elected leader of the Kree people, Ochken was usurped when the Supreme Intelligence re-emerged and reclaimed the title of Supremor of the Kree people. Ochken refused to abdicate peacefully, favoring the principles of the democratic Republic to the totalitarian Empire. Ochken's refusal led to the Three Day Kree Civil War and he surprised everyone when he allied the Republic with the Army of Thanos.

Daimon Hellstrom

AGC History: A once-complex figure, the son of Satan now appears fully in touch with the evil side of his nature. He has united the Earth Underworld and sits as its supreme ruler. Daimon recently freed the soul of his ex-wife, Patsy Walker (the heroine Hellcat), to serve as the leader of a regiment of Angelux. During the same Ceremony of Dark Angels, he took the soul of Attumidunn in exhange for revealing to Brono the location of the Celestial Messiah.

Franklin Richards

Real Name: Franklin Richards

Rank: Self-appointed leader of the Pantheon

AGC History: A young Franklin Richards committed suicide early in the 21st century, only to reappear in the 23rd, in the final year of the Eternal War. There often appears to be two Franklin's: a young, petulant boy god, and an older, wiser figure. Franklin has recently led the Pantheon into the Void, where he awaits the start of the next age of existence. He has also shed his little boy image and now wears his true guise - that of a middle-aged man who fancies himself a King. He has revealed that after his suicide and prior to his reappearance, he lived in the Void, where he was trained by Luna, the First Lady of the Engine and the Celestial Madonna.

AGC History: Phil Sinton took Johnny Storm's place as the Cosmic Flame, Herald of Galactus, and spent nearly two centuries searching the Dead Corner of Space for any sign of life. When he returned he was nearly insane, but told his story to a full house at Logan's Bar and Grill before joining Franklin Richards.

Taken from her parents, Canticle spent 200 years as a prisoner of a being she knew only as "the machine," who, in actuality, was the merged consciousness ISAAC the Supreme Intelligence. ISAAC the SI was was the supercomputer that ran the artificial prison world, Titan 3. She was freed from the machine by Franklin Richards.

AGC History: Michelangelo is a reclusive bachelor living inside the Golden Castle, the Stark family residence that covers one-third of Manhattan. Like several members of his family's history, Michelangelo is a scientific genius, able to construct seemingly anything on a whim. He is the biggest celebrity in the United American States. With the bursting of the first Wellspring, and the dual realization that the border between the realm of magic and Earth is destabilizing, and that Earth is likely to face a future attack now that Doom has returned, Michelangelo has decided to unlock the Fury Protocols in an attempt to take over the planet in order to save it. Just what the Fury Protocols entail have yet to be revealed.
