1/22/03 - A new quiz result has been added to the growing "Quizzes" section.
1/23/03 - The International Association of Web Masters and Designers has presented me with the Golden Web Award for 2003-2004. Thank you ever so much for viewing me as worthy of your most prestigious recognition.
1/27/03 - A banner to another wonderful artist of vampiric works has been added to the "Artwork" section. Also, I removed the enter curtain from the entrance page (along with the complimentary logo of its provider upon the main page) and now the opening image of the BloodKissed Athenaeum is the way to access the main page.
1/28/03 - After many weeks, the "Links" section is finally up and running for all to see and to use. Though relatively small at this point, trust me when I say that more links will be coming in the near future and it probably will be one of the sections within this site that will grow the most.
1/29/03 - Towards the bottom of the entrance page, you'll find buttons to various causes that I support. I invite you to visit each page/site and to peruse through the information offered.
1/30/03 - As I promised, more links have been added to its appropriate section and I'm proud to announce that I've received another award for my continuing work. My great thanks to Tracy of Dark Dwellings! Also, I've decided to close access to the "My Vampire Award" page for the time being in order to improve it.
1/31/03 - The cover page for the "Literary Work" section has been altered and updated.
2/3/03 - Both the "Music" and "Artwork" sections have been updated with new additions to enjoy.
2/4/03 - The "Criminology" section has not only been reorganized, but a new vampiric criminal has been added to the list. Also, I've added another good cause (very similar to DACA) to the entrance page of the site and I'm ever so happy and proud to announce that I've received an award from the wonderful site Darkness Embraced. Thank you so much, Larae!
2/5/03 - Not much updating this evening, except for the "Awards I Have Earned" section. I decided it would perhaps be best to post on that page the dates I received each one to document them more permanently since not every update post from the site's beginning to the present can be found here.
2/6/03 - Much to my true amazement, I've received from the lovely Dark Vixxxen not one, but two, awards for the current work upon my website. I must say that when initially starting this creative project, I had hopes for a couple of awards here and there, but never did I even dream of obtaining this many especially at this still early stage. Thank you ever so much, Vixxxen!
2/7/03 - Not much updating this evening except for one thing: Another banner has been added to the "Artwork" section.
2/8/03 - Since not all websites have banners or buttons, I decided to simply get rid of the buttons I had up on the "Links" page for their corresponding sites and do a bit of reorganization as well as some adding of more links.
2/9/03 - I added another link to the "Links" section and, at long last, I finally redid the "My Vampire Awards" section. Yes, you read that right; I mean it in plural form. There is not merely one award available, but five!
2/11/03 - The cover page for the "Figures of Fact and Fiction" section is now up and the actual name/character highlights within will be appearing soon.
2/12/03 - More links have been added to the "Links" section.
2/13/03 - Ah, my first known dead link since this site's birth. I had to remove the most recent banner link in the "Artwork" section since Tripod couldn't find that particular hosted site. Secondly, I added the sub-category of "Non-fiction" to the "Literary Work" section. I can't forget the great and numerous reference books out there about our beloved BloodKissed, now can I? I did a slight update to the "My Vampire Awards" section in that a new guideline to the criteria was added. And, finally, I did another update for the "Criminology" section; I took out the text of "Within the past two centuries...." since two of the most famous vampire criminals, which shall be addressed in due time, didn't live/commit their crimes within the year of 1800 or any time thereafter. It wouldn't be fair if I didn't bring up the crimes committed beforehand.
2/18/03 - After a slight break, along with some aggravating computer trouble, I have the "Short Stories" sub-category of the "Literary Work" section started.
2/20/03 - On the cover page for the "Literary Work" section, I added a link that I recently discovered. I'm sure it'll be appreciated by those of you who love vampire/vampiric literature.
2/21/03 - Ooo, more links have been added to the obvious section. Links like to bombard us, don't they? An additional 6 have now joined the others.
2/25/03 - I made a slight adjustment to the "Folklore" section by replacing the term "name" with "breed" to be more accurate, I suppose anyway. Also, I now have the "Non-fiction" sub-category of the "Literary Work" section up with its first entry.
2/27/03 - Within the "Music" section, two albums have added to the growing list. Hope you'll find them enjoyable.
3/6/03 - Finally, after several days of taking a sort of "time-out," I've made a good bit of progress in updating. I made a small, but important, spelling correction within the "Folklore" section, brought a personal, all-time favorite addition to the "Novels" sub-category, and finally got the "Games" section up and running with its first title (or rather, in this case, game series).
3/7/03 - In realizing that there are specific vampires of legend told throughout the world and its collective history, I altered the "Folklore from Around the World" section and basically divided it into two sub-categories: "Breeds of the BloodKissed," which presents some of the regional types of vampires recorded across the globe, and "Legendary Individuals," which focuses on particular names highlighted in folklore. Also, I did two minor corrections within the "Music" section.
3/10/03 - Another breed of the BloodKissed has been added to its appropriate sub-category within the "Folklore" section and I finally have the "Legendary Individuals" sub-category in the same section up with its first installment.
3/18/03 - In a surprising (though understanding) email, I received after a 2-month delay an award for my site. Though the award was intended to be sent in January, I didn't receive it in my email til a few nights ago. To the owner of the site, thank you ever so much!
4/10/03 - On the page possessing the awards I've received, I made a link change to the awards bestowed upon me by Dark Vixxxen since she recently obtained her own/new domain.
