Halifax Image Statistics

Here are some statistics for each of the images displayed on this site for Halifax. Such statistics come in the form of histograms which show the percentage of pixels that have a certain value, such as 0 to 255.

Looking at both Figures 4.1 and 4.3, one will notice that the pixel values in Figure 4.3 are shifted more to the right. This indicates that the linear enhanced image (Figure 4.3) contains more brighter values than the darker, duller image of Figure 4.1.
