Updates: Major Site Update: I have recently switched the navigation and site to all frames. Many pages have been updated.

• New Damu (Novice) area: I have recently added a Babu specific area to the website. For all you members on Level 0, you will no longer have access to the rest of the site until you complete the level. This was added for more security. The password has remained the same for your convience.
• Lesson 0-0: This lesson has been added to teach BOA Basics. As i was looking through the lesson plans, i realized that i had not allowed for the basic teachings of BOA. So all students are required to do this lesson as well. You will not be able to complete the level you are on without it. The Lesson is online along with the Guidesheet for it.
• Student Goal Log Sheet: I have added a Goal Log Sheet in the Babu section. If you wish to print this off, please do so. It will com in handy and is required for Lesson 0-0.
• Babu Library: I will be adding books, pages, etc to this area specifically designed to aid our novices. Each will start out as html pages and we will eventually move to pdf files. Nug-Soth and Sumerian Dictionary added.
• Completion: This has been added to aid in answering the question of "What happens when i complete a level?"
• Demonic Bible: The rest of the Bible has been coded for easier reading online and offline.
• Marketplace: the market place has officially been opened. Check it out for more information.
• Lessons Updated: Lesson 3 newly updated with information on masses, ceremonies, rites and rituals, as well as a few added for personal use.
• Lessons 1-1 through 1-5 have all been uploaded with their guidesheets
• Library Update!! new Dream Recall article and information on Azag-Thoth sigil added to members library
• Levels and Lessons Updated, new information to Reverend & Priest/ess as well as Celrgy levels added to lessons.
• Navigation - added a link to Pandora's box as well as the archive for easier access

Guidelines

The question that i seem to answer over and over is the definition of BOA's Guidelines. So this is our topic for this month.

1.) Possess the understanding of virtue. Open your mind to experience the need to relive the sins of the flesh of man.

Description: Understand the reasons for morals such as faith, monogamy, respect, etc. Then open your mind to your need to celebrate passion, sexuality, gluttony, etc and understand the need to act on them. We each have desires to "be bad". This is completely natural. No matter how hard you try not to indulge, you will sooner or later do so. It's not a matter of being "sinful" or even being "evil" or not "righteous". It is however "human".

For example, let's say you want to look great for adate you have in two hours. As the time gets closer, you will automatically look in a mirror everytime you pass it. This doesn't make you vain. It reflects the fact that you are concerned with looking your best for that first impression.

Now on the same idea, it is also "human" to desire to be virtuous or "doing the right thing". Many people strive for righteousness in all they do. That's alright. striving to better ourselves is what cause growth in our personalities and environment. Imagine if you can, man lived at one time in huts. let's say for argument's sake that he was happy with his hut. If he was happy, there would be no sense in making enhancements or advances in his way of living. So the house that you are living in now would not exist. Nor would the telephone, the internet connection you use to access our site or even television.

The desire for "sin" and "righteousness" cause us to both succeed and fail, allowing for advancement and motivation to advance. Without both, there would be no chaos and no reason to attempt to ease or stop the chaos.

2.) Release the behaviour of the Demonic Self and conquer the need to exhume righteousness. Celebrate the Blood of Sanctity.

Description: Be who you are. Don’t repress your darker self. Conquer your need to be accepted by others. Celebrate your faith in our Dieties whether Dark or Light. Both are needed to each to exist as the same is needed in ourselves.

Let's first start with "releasing the behaviour of the Demonic Self". What exactly is the "Demonic Self"? Well our definition comes from the idea based on the teachings of Anton LeVay, founder of LeVayan Satanism. He describes the "demonic self" as the most inner self. It's that part of you that you rarely allow others to see.

Now, what does "releasing" the behaviour of the Demonic Self mean? Simply answered, it means to allow your most inner self to be seen and do the things that it wishes to do from time to time. Note that this does not mean that you should act violently or illegally and blame it on your Demonic Self or Inner Demons. It simply means that from time to time, it's okay to indulge on those inner desires as long as they bring harm to none (including yourself). "Conquer the need to exhume righteousness". What does this mean? Well, as we learned in the first Guideline, man has a natural need to "do the right thing" and "exhume" means "to bring back from neglect or obscurity". So this means that we need to conquer the idea that we always have to "do the right thing". This Guideline follow with the first in the idea that it's okay to indulge sometimes.

"Celebrate the Blood of the Sanctity". This is easier than it sounds and has absolutely nothing to do with sacrificing anything. The blood is the "life-force" of the human body. With electricity, the blood in the human body carried much needed oxygen and other vital minerals to the organs and tissues within our bodies. Without blood, the body would die. Faith is the "life-blood" or "life-force" of all spirituality. Without faith, our deities, much like our bodies, "die" or become forgotten, losing their ability to help us. So this simply means to celebrate your faith in your chosen deities and entities.

3.) Intertwine the passion of man and his love of righteousness. Consecrate his vision of Heaven and Hell.

Description: Combine man’s need for passion and to be moral. Make sacred to himself his belief in Heaven and Hell. In otherwords, don’t offer to tell the world what you believe, that is a personal choice, as it should be. If someone asks, tell them no more than what they need to know. BOA is based on a “need to know” belief and more than half of the world doesn’t and will never have the need to know.

4.) Embellish the power of sexual complexity and design your lovers so.

Description: Take hold of your sexual feelings and the power that it holds. Make your lovers respond by teaching them what you like and learning what they like. Choose only those lovers that are compatible to you. This does not mean that if you feel the need to fulfill a rape fantasy that you go out an rape. It means that if this is your fantasy, find someone who is willing to participate.

5.) Be true to self in all you conquer. Dishonesty shall bring only pain and torture of self.

Description: If you choose to move beyond the obstacles in your life, be honest with yourself in all steps you take to conquer your problem. Of what use is the ability to sky dive if you are too afraid to get on the plane? If you are dishonest with yourself in your steps to overcome that obstacle, you will create more problems for yourself and possibly create a “no win” situation.

6.) Envision your future. You are the destiny of your world.

Description: Create a mental or physical image of your goals. In other words if you want to own a 4-bedroom home with a white picket fence, then draw a picture of it, or take of picture of it. Hang it someplace where you can see it everyday. Design steps to accomplish your dream and then begin moving towards that dream. You are the only one who can get you what you want.

7.) Forget not all that you have learned in the past. Remembrance is the key to all advance.

Description: It has been proven time and time again that man learns from his mistakes (sometimes we, however, do not learn the 1st time around). Remember where you have been when you are working on where you want to be. If you forget, a lesson will come your way to remind you. Think of it as the process of building a house of your faith. When building house, the first thing you need is supplies. Without supplies, there is nothing build with. The next thing you need is a base. You have to build a base, then walls and then the roof. Without the base, there is nothing to put the walls on. Without the walls, there is nothing to put the roof on. So it all begins with a base.

The knowledge that you have now is the base of all that you will learn in the future. Without it, you will have nothing to put the walls of belief on. Belief is a set of "materials" that you create your ideals from. Without belief, you will not be able to put the roof of life on. Life is a system of letting in the good stuff and letting the bad stuff "roll" off onto the ground, making room for the next good stuff that comes your way.

8.) Quest for peace of mind and fullfillment of soul. For without it, none shall find happiness.

Description: Every person in the human race seeks out inner peace at one time or another. For some of us, this quest is a daily struggle. It is hoped that BOA will be able to teach you options for accomplishing this. As we all know, misery loves company, but in BOA, we try to overecome the urge to just survive. The Leaders of BOA struggle with this as you do. It is not something that once you ovecome it, it is gone. Inner peace is a daily struggle and will continue to be.
