Many people walk many different paths in life. Even I have walked a few. It seems however that no one path is able to fulfill every need or want of a single person seeking a path. Here at BOA, we don't condemn you to walk one path forever. We know that not everyone will stay. We know that this may just be a "stepping stone" for some. We are okay with this.

Sometimes it takes many different roads to get where you are going. Only you will know if this or any other path is the right path for you. We try to teach you what we can to help you along the way as you journey to meet your goals.

BOA, like so many of it's members, is a combination of many. We teach aspects of each one that we have been a part of and combine them into yet another. Some of the paths we have traveled are Wicca, Christianity, Voodoun, Native American, Shamanism, Nin Han Tanav, Satanism and many more.

Some people in the past have asked me what gives me the right to do such a thing. My answer to that is need. I have found that by talking to many different people that they join one path for a bit, then move onto another. The reason being is that eventually, that path is no longer what they need. If becomes stagnate to them. They plateau in growth and just wander in no particular direction. So because of this, people carry around many different parts of many different paths. It made sense to create a place where they can hold thier "old" beliefs and expand them to include new ones.

I myself have wandered and use some aspects of Christianity, Satanism, the Black Arts, Shaminism, Witchcraft and more. I have taught others before who keep telling me that they are looking for something that doesn't force them to leave old beliefs behind, but encourages the expanision of such beliefs to include new ones. This is what BOA does. We tell you in the very beginning to "never forget" what you have already learned, but to "expand your beliefs" to bring in the new ones.

Many people have also asked that if this is the case of BOA, does BOA itself have any basic guidelines or "rules" that is follows. The answer is yes. We have 20 basic guidelines that we call Commandments and Guidelines. These are our basic teachings and are to be followed at all times as long as you are part of BOA. They are mostly just common sense and respectful, but there are some others that people tend to forget, including those dealing with sexuality.

As you can see, there are many paths that have brough BOA together and it will be many paths that BOA will take you. The question now is, are you truly willing to take the journey?
