We have chosen to remain a closed society for the safety of our members. Hate crimes run rampant in some parts of our world and people today seem to be less accepting of certain things. Even from the beginning months of BOA, I received hate mail from so-called "christians" and "satanists" alike. I have received death threats by phone, snail mail and email. This is what brought me to the decision of keeping our organization "closed".

Because we are closed, we only offer basic ideals of what BOA is about and what we teach before you become a Babu member. A Babu member is a probationary title. It gives you at least thirty (30) days to see if BOA is right for you. It also provides safety for our general members, as you only have access to what is necessary for the first seven (7) lessons. After completion of the Babu level, you will be given access to the full members' area.

If you are accepted and choose to leave, all that we ask is that you do not spread the word of BOA around. Most of our members have found us by chance or in thier words "have been drawn" to us. I don't ask for this for me, but for the current members. The High Priest and I have accepted that this is part of being the heads of this group. We are prepared.

We are not a "secret society" in anyway. We are quite easily found if you know what it is you are seeking. However, because of past events, this is the safest for our members at the present time. We go by the idea of "what you see here, what you hear here, who you see here, let it stay here". We will not tolerate any breaches of this. We have people specially trained to "recruit" people. They have the information that is approved to go out. So if you are interested in doing so, you can be taught how to go about it if and when you are approved and reach the level required.
