Here in BOA, we do encourage you to spend at least 7 hrs a week working with the lessons, lectures and your mentors. However, we also understand that your life maybe very busy and you can only spend half of that or less. That's one more nice thing about BOA. Because we do have written lessons and logs of lectures, live classes, etc, if you miss one, we can email it to you so you can keep up to date with your lessons at your own pace.

There is no rush or "push" to achieve a certain level by a certain time. There is no race to see who gets to level 4-1 first. This is not about achievement. It is about truly learning what it is to live, be happy and most importantly, be at peace with yourself, your surroundings and your life.

There are no "actual" time requirements for BOA. The only thing we do require is that you do work through the lessons. It is not our concern that you attempt to complete all of level 1 in the first 60 days, because frankly, as the founders, mentors and creators of BOA, we know that it is very unlikely that you complete the lessons, and truly learn level 1 in 60 days. So we recommend that you take your time. Learn all that each level has to offer. Attend the lectures and live classes. Write articles for Pandora's Box or ask your mentor a million questions. We will not get annoyed with you and tell you to get on with it. We will however know that you are truly interested in learning and are truly "working" on understanding.

Remember, BOA is about you, your path, your life, your knowledge. You are the only one that knows whether you are truly ready to move on to the next level. You are the only one that knows if you truly comprehend your art. We are just here to help you along the path if you need us.
