BourboCAM and Other Sneak Peeks | Party On! | N'awlins Info

Ah, oui, New Orleans...one of the great cities of the world, meaning different things to different people. Some immediately think of the yearly Mardi Gras festival there, others think of bawdy Bourbon Street, and still others think of an old city rich in a unique culture. But everybody thinks FUN!

Back in its earlier days, the New Orleans Police Department posted signs around town like the one shown below as warnings for tourists.

Today, the wonderful New Orleans Police Department still keeps an eye out, but the "loose women" just may be a Mardi Gras reveler participating in "Show Me a Little Somethin' " to gather as many beads as possible for souvenirs (grin).

If you've played "Gabriel Knight," you may be interested to know that you've "virtually" been to New Orleans--most of the locations DO exist. You may also be intrigued to find that there is a Voodoo Museum in New Orleans -- and ghost tours. Check out my Voodoo Page for more information.

Below are some Luzianna links to help you learn more about New Orleans and Mardi Gras. Have fun!
