I am a jazz trombonist currently living in Michigan, in the U.S.
I was born in 1968 in New Orleans, and am the eldest of 12 siblings.
I play with a lot of groups in Michigan, most notably the Bird of Paradise Orchestra (you can view my schedule if you're interested), and tour the U.S. with James Dapogny's Chicago Jazz Band.
I am a fanatic about two things: jazz and the trombone.
It logically follows that I also would have an interest in the world's greatest jazz trombonist,
J. J. Johnson. I do.

You may be wondering what the "Christo" business is about. Am I conceited, or weird, or something?
Well, basically:
1) It's just a nickname given to me by friends, that's all.
2) I really don't take it all that seriously. You can call me what you want to. Lots of people address me as Christo, so I've gotten used to it.
