Method 1:
Nokia S60 Backup trick

Steps:
-Open Memory application.Normally,it's inside the folder Extras
-Press Options,and select Backup phone mmem.
-The phone will ask if you want to create aa backup of its memory on memory card.Press Yes
-When the phone shows Creating Backup,hold Menu key,and select Telephone application.
-While the backup is being created, you cann either:

-Edit the files using a application such as System Explorer, save and cancel backup process;
-or copy the files to another location and cancel backup process.This way you have time if you are going to edit the files.After editing,repeat the trick to copy the files you edited back to their original location

Notes:
*The name of the functions written in italic may vary from phone to phone
*The larger is the space used at C, the longer will last the backup process.If your phone has a fast processor, use some file explorer and copy large files to the phone memory (C: drive) before trying backup trick, to have a free memory between 1,5 MB and 2MB.This will give you time enough to edit the files
*If the backup is completed when you're still editing a file that's in use, you won't be able to save your changes.Repeat the process, and try to be faster
*Depending on the phone model,some files like Cdbv3.dat can't be changed even with this trick

Warning:
Before trying Nokia S60 Backup trick by Alberto Bilheteria,make sure that you don't have any backup stored in your card.If you have, open some file explorer that shows hidden folders and go to
E:\Backup\
Then rename backup.arc to backupLatest.arc, Lastbackup.arc, or anything else that will help you to remember it's your current backup.When you need to restore the backup of phone memory from card, rename it back to backup.arc
