Overview

The HD database contains ADC catalog number 3135, the Henry Draper Catalog plus extension.

Parameters

Name
The name of the star as given in the catalog.

RA
The Right Ascension of the star.

Dec
The Declination of the star.

LII
The galactic longitude of the star.

BII
The galactic latitude of the star.

HD_Number
The HD number of the object.

Vmag
The V magnitude.

Spectral_Type
The spectral type as given in the HD catalog. This has been used to generate
the BROWSE classification given in the `class` parameter. 

PGmag
The photographic magnitude.

Variability_Flag
This indicates the variability of the object: 0 is not varying; 1 is 
varying.

Multiplicity_Flag
Indicates whether the object is single or multiple. 0 = single star; 1 = a 
multiple-system.
