Com a ferramenta eraser tool (borrachinha) forme o top tirando um pedaço da imagem .

Effects 3D > Inner Bevel nas configurações: Bevel 02 / Width 10 / Smothness 3 / Depth 3 / Ambience 0 / Shinness 0 / Angle 315 / Intensity 50 / Elevation 30.

Effects 3D > Drop Shadow a gosto.

New raster layer e pinte com uma cor que combine. Deixe esta layer por baixo.
