A veteran of film and television, Bodhi Elfman embraced the chance to work on such a dramatic, action-packed series as Freedom. "As an actor, I've done a lot of comedy, but I'm also an athlete".
He has indeed proven himself in the comedy arena with over thirty television and film appearances and many films like: Enemy of the State, Armageddon, Godzilla, Mod Squad, Gone in Sixty Seconds...
Son of director Richard Elfman, Nephew of composer Danny Elfman, he studies acting at The Beverly Hills Playhouse with Milton Katselas. He and his wife are member of the Church of Scientology.
Appears on page 114 of "The Hollywood Handbook" by Robin Greer, Sarah Reinhardt and Kevin Dornan as a typical "political science major."
In an interview his wife, Jenna Elfman, said she has a favorite pair of Levis that has a hole in one leg and that she and Bodhi fight over who gets to wear them.
Bodhi Elfman opinion about SCIENTOLOGY:
"I have always been a fairly happy person. From the time I was a boy I knew the difference between right and wrong. What I didnít understand was why others did not. Iíve seen so many people, some very close to me, do things so obviously contrary to life and happiness. When I began to study Scientology, these "unknowable" things suddenly became very simple to understand.
I now have a very broad understanding of people and of life. With that, I help people every day, help them answer questions for themselves.
People see that things are going well for me and usually want to know why I donít have the same problems others do. My answer is always the same, "Scientology.""
