OUR FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL
We had a great start on our first day of school. Mom, Dad and Kaia brought us to our preschool. We walked right in and put our lunchboxes away, then hung up our backpacks on our assigned hooks. We were a little concerned that mom was going to leave...but saw a bunch of other boys playing on the floor so we decided to join them.
MOM UPDATE:
When I picked Aidan & Christian up from preschool they were sitting in a circle (with their new friends) reading books - yes, I said sitting :) Imagine. I was shocked.
Their teacher said all went well. A few tears in the beginning - but they were fine after snack time and playground time.
When we left the building Aidan said, "Mom, its a windy day. That's what I learned today" (So cute) So I asked Christian what he learned today. His reply, "I learned nothin', I just played". Either way, we're happy that they're happy! And we all survived our First Day of Preschool. Now we can rest up until Thursday. |
