I first heard about reiki through a newspaper report some time in 1996. I wanted to learn more about it but did not push further. Some time towards November, 1997 I learnt little more about reiki. Immediately I wanted to learn reiki and practice the same for my self-development and growth. Finally, I completed my 1st and 2nd degrees of traditional reiki in March and April, 1998 respectively. After this I used to be very regular in my day to day reiki practices. My reiki sessions mostly were for self-healing as I felt at that point of time that I must first heal myself adequately before I start healing others. On occasions I had given healings to my family members.

Initially I was very enthusiastic about my reiki sessions. I used to be quite thrilled about the energy flow through my palms and the experience of relaxed feeling during and after the reiki sessions. But slowly, the enthusiasm started reducing. By mid 1999 I realised that even with the regular reiki sessions in the last one and half year I have not achieved much in my self-development and growth. There were emotional issues still unresolved. Although there were improvements in case of some of the intention healings undertaken by me, the progress was very slow. I felt at that point of time that may be it will take years for me to achieve the desired results, I should not get disheartened and should pursue with my daily healing session. But some how, I was not able to maintain the same enthusiasm and slowly my period of daily reiki sessions started reducing from one and half hour to one hour, half an hour and finally to 15 minutes. I also became very irregular in my daily reiki sessions. Initially I used to surf Internet for reiki sites and search for the new reiki sites. This interest also started reducing and after some time I stopped visiting reiki sites although I was maintaining my regularity in surfing Internet.

On 5 th November, 2000 at about 9.30 PM I was recollecting the turn of events during the last six month or so. It was a very testing and stressful period for me and I was feeling very depressed. Also, due to health problems I was not fully fit at that point of time. Suddenly, around 10.00 PM, I felt like surfing internet for some new reiki sites since I have not done this for more than a year and half. As I was searching, the second site I hit was the dedicated web site of Brahma Satya Reiki ( BSR ). Normally I surf only traditional reiki sites and skip other reiki sites. But this time I had chosen to go through this BSR web site. As I was surfing I found that this site was quite different from other reiki sites and, without any break, I went through the entire web site. It took me more than two hours to do this and it was indeed a very thrilling experience for me. Also, as I was surfing the site, I experienced subtle vibrations and warmth in my body. This gave me altogether a new experience on reiki. Slowly I started to feel relaxed energetic and noticed total disappearance of my stress and depressed feelings. As I completed reading all the articles of the web site I was fully convinced about the sincerity and truthfulness of every word written in the site. It occurred to me then that BSR is going to be a turning point in my life, guiding me in my pursuit for self-development and spiritual growth.

I immediately sent an email to Deepak Hardikar, the founder and teacher of BSR, requested him to attune me BSR level 1 through long distance so that I could learn and complete the course through internet. Deepak was kind enough to agree to my request. Every thing took place very fast and the attunement took place on 9 th November, 2000. Subsequently I learnt from Deepak that I was the first person in India to be attuned level 1 through long distance.

My experiences of BSR during the last one year have been very exciting and learnings through practical and real time approaches there by handling healings more effectively. Major shifts had taken place on many areas involving mental and emotional aspects. These are summarized below:

a. It is said under traditional reiki system that reiki is an intelligent energy and will flow automatically wherever required. I continued with the same concept in BSR and initially I did not achieve much. Subsequently, I have learnt that reiki does not automatically flows wherever required. Processes are very important to achieve the desired results and these are very well explained in BSR. Once I started following the correct processes, healings became faster and effective. Major shifts had taken place in me and a number of mental and emotional blocks of mine were getting removed through the healings. There were shifts also in some personal traits and habits. Clarity emerged on many critical issues. For the first time I realised that reiki is meant for self as well as for all those in need, healing others are as important as healing self, while healing others one heals self also, healing both self and others expedite one’s learning's and self development. I, therefore, started focusing on taking up more cases of healing others. Major shifts also had taken place on many intention healings through correct processes. As a result of all these developments, I started realising the improvements within six month of my initiation into BSR.

b. After completing HTB ( Healing through Balance )in April, 2001, which is the next level in BSR, I was able to handle the healings more effectively through practical approach and appropriate healing processes. The results obtained through HTB was quite unbelievable and I could experience a vast difference coming to effect even from the Level - 1 standards.

c. With the help of other BSR members I was able to organize the first BSR workshop in Mumbai during middle of July , 2001. This workshop had given me more in-depth and practical learnings. My level of confidence and communication skill had shown improvements. I realised that all those who had done their BSR 1 through Internet must attend at least one full fledged BSR1 workshop to really understand, get full and in-depth knowledge about BSR.

d. In early October, 2001, I have reached yet another milestone in BSR by successfully completing BSR 2 and MVA. After this, I have been experiencing further major shifts in me, my approaches, handling healings, confidence level, communication etc. I do more experiments in the healing processes and there by learn more through practical approach. This makes the healings much more effective and has given me much more confidence in handling healing cases. Just to illustrate this point through one live example, I have been healing a person suffering from depression, etc. for quite some time. Although there have been improvements, the progress had been very slow and steady. Recently, I gave healings to the person after using further healing refinements from the HTB levels as explained through the Level 2 of BSR and MVA. I was able to clearly understand where the focus was needed when healing. The healee reported considerable improvements after the healing sessions. This has been a remarkable shift considering the effects of healings as being realised at the healee's side.

Thus, as I cherish the above experience, I have also realised that, while HTB marks a beginning of the most phenomenal shifts in the healings making BSR entirely different than any other healing or reiki systems, Level 2 onwards it is like entering into an unbelievable world. But, this is just a starting point. I have also realised that it is not that simple and it requires quite a lot of practice and practical application for one to become an effective healer.

To day I am completing the first year of my journey in BSR. The journey continues with more and more learnings.

The 22nd of May 2000 was the day my life changed. It was the day Deepak Hardikar asked me if I was interested in organising the teachings of Brahma Satya Reiki. A major step into the world of Brahma Satya Reiki and I have never looked back.

A few years before, I had learned traditional Reiki and went on to become a Reiki Master, learning Tera Mei as well. Somehow I felt incomplete even using these techniques. I found it unfulfilling and left with many questions. Felt there was more to the healing than this. When Deepak asked me to look over his site about BSR, I felt as if I had arrived home, it felt comforting and familiar. Vibrant and offering many new prospective.

My attunement into Brahma Satya Reiki was something I had never experienced before. After this, I began to learn what BSR was. Or so I thought. Attunements and teachings had been given through Internet, but it was only when Deepak came to Holland in June 2001 that the real concepts were being understood and felt. I did level 2 when he was over here. Somehow after an attunement, some major change occurs which has great impact on my life and way of functioning. My whole being gets shaken around, old issues are dissolved, not always in the most peaceful way. I am given a greater understanding with each attunement. After the attunements, the real learning begins. I go deeper and deeper into the world of Brahma Satya Reiki, the possibilities are infinite, there are constantly new concepts being offered, new ways of thinking and healing. It is no longer as with traditional Reiki, with letting Reiki flow, in BSR healer and healee constantly working together, gaining new insights, It is a wholly different energy, it being Shiva-Shakti orientated, and many more differences. It is continually developing and upgrading. I have been offered so much with BSR, that no other healing system has ever come close to. It is a way of life, You become it. For those who wish to evolve and grow, it is a beautiful, unique, offering which I hope you will want to experience and grow into.

With great gratitude I look back at my personal development since I got my first initiation in Brahma Satya Reiki in September 2000. It was a long distance initiation and I had some difficulties to understand the instructions and their meaning. I learned the symbols and used them to my best understanding. The first attunement to the Astral powered Healing Grid was on December 28, 2000 and I applied for it. Immediately after the attunement I could feel how much stronger and faster the healings on myself and others worked. Mr. Deepak Hardikar came to Manila in March 2001 and September 2001 to conduct workshops for BSR level 1 and 2, HTB and MVA. The participation in these workshops is an unforgettable experience which changed and enhanced my life in many ways. With the knowledge handed down to us we are able to heal, to create, to live in inner peace and to understand the meaning behind the happenings. The possibilities are unlimited and daily new experiences make this path into silence an exciting and enchanting, adventurous and soothing journey which leads to ever new discoveries and enlightenment. I am grateful to all who guide and accompany me on this journey.

What is Brahma Satya...I asked myself when we were in the dining area, during your visit? The clarity suddenly came in clear focus for me as you drew the circles explaining Mahikari ,other Devta levels and Brahma Satya, then even higher conciousness.

Well slowly as the understanding of this dawned I felt like a homecoming rejoining with my TRUTH or SELF. But very clearly now saw the path i was taking and how it was working for my GROWTH. Since the several grid and BSR LEVEL 1.(your message do your operation, you will be aided in moving faster in your spiritual growth). Well it has proven to take me with such strong lessons one after another at greater speed and brought in understandings with balance ,at equally a fast pace too.My understanding, strength and conviction for this method needs no further convincing as I have seen miracles ,take place here in front of me and on levels I wouldn't have thought were existing .Level 2 brought in my love for the Wholistic healings and experienced the most wonderful feelings of love for all....an expansion I wouldn't have achieved easily otherwise. Words can't express my joy and enjoyment with seeing all this unfold like a projector showing scenes for us from larger frames to understand issues and overcome or warned from such fatal mistakes to happen. Therefore your INTENT creates change for the better with your HIGHER SELF in action. Lastly MVA has brought these changes which can't be told only experienced and felt ,as knowledge and confidence dawns ,you start the ball rolling. Thank you BSR for moving me leaps and bounds in such an incredibly short span of a time, to have reached where I am. Though I know there's lots more ahead to understand and overcome . Still am very happy with Maata's GRACE. For her blessings over me, and to have chosen me to further myself as well improving other people, situations around me.
