Experiences of Members during first Expansion

My experiences as GI during the Grid Expansion Exercise are summarised below:I started feeling energy flow in the palm of both the hands about half an hour before the commencement of the exercise. During this period I was once again going through Shri.Deepak Hardikar's instructions and making myself fully familiar with the processes.I felt subtle vibrations in my body During step 1 and 2. Maa settled down in my throat chakra.I experienced a thick beam of white light in my navel chakra and a small shining white star in my ajna chakra. These two visions merged in my heart chakra and settled down as a big white colour ball. Final vision at the time of grid linking which settled in the heart chakra was a round golden colour plate rotating slowly, clock wise, in a small golden colour rod and a small portion of the rod was protruding and visible on the top portion of the plate. When this vision was struck by light beam from Maa, again I felt subtle vibrations in my entire body.
During the linking energy flow was high, particularly in head, temples, ears, hand, chest, palm of both hands and on occasions in navel and in feet of both the legs. The portion around heart chakra was very warm throughout and I felt that some fire being kept inside my heart. The intensity of the heat was fluctuating and at times the heat felt was very high. On couple of occasions I felt, along with the heat, some pressure and slight pain in the heart. My eyes were flickering frequently throughout the. Many other visions experienced by me during the : Sparkling white light, shining golden white colour rotating chakra, huge bright shining fire balls, goddess Saraswati, Shiradi Sai Baba, colourful beam of lights flowing as fountain, shining red color semi circle fireball looking similar to raising sun visible at top half portion, shining stars, candle light and thick white light engulfed as a big circle. I completed all the links by 9.35 PM (IST). After this I was sitting quietly and in a state of receptivity. The energy flow was continuing during this period. Heart region continued to be in a very warm state. On occasions lot of pressures were felt in my crown chakra. Also, during this period various visions, such as, and, again not necessarily in the same sequence, were experienced in my heart chakra. These were,shining fire balls, lamp, black colour snake, huge eagle,crow, Shiva lingam in black, white and golden colour, golden candle light in a big golden plate, lord Shiva, Brahma, Ganesh and Vishnu and goddess Shakti. All these visions were coming and going and in some cases merging one in to another.I am not able to recollect the exact sequence and merging as these were taking place very fast and also giving some sort of pressure/ pain of different intensity in my crown and heart chakras.Finally, all these visions settled down in to the final vision in my heart chakra as "Lord Shiva in yogic posture", his body being in light blue colour. Also a small black colour Shiva Lingam, kept in a round gold plate, and a small kamandalam were there in front of Lord Shiva. After this I opened my eye and the time was 5 minutes past 10.00 PM (IST). After this I got up after making my small prayer for enable me to complete this grid expansion exercise successfully. I have been having a very relaxed and calm feeling after the exercise. The energy flow is still being felt, though mildly. I have been, apart from energy flow, feeling on occasions subtle vibrations in my body while typing this mail. I express my heartfelt gratitude to Astral Healing Powered Grid, Maa Truptaragarajeshwari, all God/Goddess, ascended masters, evolved souls, BSR, my guru Shri Deepak Hardikar for having given me the opportunity for being one of the Grid Inductors and this wonderful experiences during the grid expansion exercise. I also thank all primary grid members and secondary grid members of my group as well as that of other groups for all co-operation and assistance in this exercise.

In the period of grid exercise, I felt heaviness of my body, slight pain in the sole of my leg and vibration in my hand. In the meantime I saw Shiva Linga, with third eye of Lord Shiva, lotus flower, rose flower, pigeon, pearl necklace, trisula, the letter Om, the whole world, lamps. Finally I saw the picture of sparkling chakra.

The following is the experience I had during the grid expansion:first I felt tingling sensation in the navel chakra. I had no visions, only sensations. I felt heaviness in the agna chakra and cold in the heart chakra, but after some minutes this cold changed to hot, then I had faster heart beating. I also felt the presence of subtle energies around the left side of my head and energy was constantly flowing from my hands.The final form I saw was the Om Sarva Trutir Swaha symbol, which appeared on the right side of my visual field.A couple of hours after this exercise I felt very sleepy.

Please accept my Namaskar. I am furnishing my grid experience on 28.04.2001 9.00PM to 10.00PM. After prayer and request I visualized white colour lights in a huge quantity. During the session I visualized a pond completely full of lotus flowers. Felt sharp pain in my head. I got fragrance of flower like Malli flower (Small white flower ). Final form I visualized is STARS in the sky which were twinkling and sparkling. Entire session was smooth and pleasant. This is a very unique experience for me. Thank you very much for the grid exercise and really I feel very proud and lucky in participating in such and excellent grid exercise.

Namaste, I am furnishing my grid experience on 28.4.2001 ( 9.00 PM to 10.00PM).After prayer and request I felt pain in my Navel, back bone and right leg having typical sensation. During the session I visualized white light beam. Entire session was quite peaceful. Finally I visualized the form of LOTUS. This exercise is very smooth and pleasant.

I want to share my experience- when i sit for doing the exercise first of all the candle which i light has fall down & light of it is closed again I light it again & started doing the i find light is blinking in front of my ajna chakra with a time gap of few seconds as if the flow of light is heating my ajna chakra and it is going back at another time; the other visions were that of a very young & beautiful girl, i also felt as if more love from my heart is fountaining out. But when i completed my exercise i saw that in my heart chakra a sign like cho ku rei started moving very fast without any disturbance continuously also i find a little bit heaviness in my heart and at the end of the exercise i feel little bit uncomfortable.

Dear Sirs,
Before going to the grid exercise,few peculiar things were happening causing mental instability, such as several calls from office, my daughter falling down from slide due to which she had pulled muscle probably.
My feedback of today's exercise is as below :Felt some pain and some faint light of blue colour at naval chakra. At ajna chakra felt lot of vibration and at heart chakra felt normal soothing bit brighter light.
During the further exercise, for a moment felt sandy storm, lots of vibration in finger and near naval chakra, saw many waves and patterns passing by in front of eyes, saw a morning sun coming out of horizon, intermittent surge of vibration in fingers, some figure was coming near and was disappearing immediately, saw some sea waves. Finally felt a bright shining moon in shape of half bangles(half circle).

Here is what I experienced this morning during the AHPG exercise.A few minutes before the time, I lit a candle , sat down and said a prayer. Then I waited for some sensation at my navel chakra. Nothing Happened.... for a long time. But lots happening in my ajna chakra.I did not allow sensations in my ajna to overrun any other sensation. I put my hands on navel.....there was plenty of heat. But when hands were removed.....nothing. So I just waited and surrendered and became only witness. The colors in my ajna kept coming and going......at first dark then bright. My hands became at times heavy ......and at times pouring sensation. I knew the energy was there and therefore I just let it sweep over me.At one point ......maybe 35-40 minutes into the sitting.....I felt a sudden Roar, a bright light and a flame simultaneously rush at me for about 5 seconds....very quick.After that, itermittenly more flashes. The thing last I remember is a fire lit torch(like in the Olympic games) with a beautiful bright Emerald green flame surrounded by wonderful white effulgence. I stayed with that to the end.The level of energies are so high that up till now ,5 hours later ,my hands and feet have pouring sensation .I am writing this several hours later than I intended because my pc refused to give me service from my internet connector which is rather strange or is it!!!!!!!!!Thankyou once again for making me a conduit in this powerful exercise .

My visions were of a sparkling crystal. As the Om sound echoed in my mind, I called to Maa, as I completed the symbol, the beam of light past over the name disintigrating it into sparling crystals like fairy dust. I saw a soft pink heart in the center of the Heart Chakra in the large sparkling crystal ball, and this too dissapeared into crystals, Shiva-Shakti appeared in a sitting position in the form of pure crystal, I saw a soft pink heart in the center of her chest, her smile was that of perfect Bliss, two hands in prayer, and two arms open to receive me.... When I had completed the excecise, I remained in meditation, Shiva-Shakti appeared to me again, sitting in the Universe amongst the night Stars in crystal form and beaming rays of light, her pink heart in center of her chest, and smiling blissfully, my higher-self began chanting MAA, I Am a channel of your Healing, a channel of your Peace,a channel of your love, my chanting broke down into..."MAA, I Am a channel of Your Healing, Peace, and Love." The final form, shaped into a Large Sparkling Crystal Ball in the Universe, Beaming Rays of Light, with a Soft Pink Heart in the Center in all of its Magnificense for me!

I (Suresh) am delighted to share my maiden experience on grid. I started the excersise with recital of song on lord Rama. My feeling during exchange of light is in the form of different colurs and floweres. Particularly, I could sense thousand of lamps lighting in the heart of mine. In between I also sensed trembling. Finally, i could see many doves going out of my room where I was doing the grid. Many more feelings that creeped during the meditation can't be recollected.

Directly after the request to be linked I felt that a connection was lodged. The vision I had was 2 snakes intertwined around a stick.Immediately a triangle was presented . The two forms merged at the heart into a lotus. New forms arose in the heart center, a square, a sphere,a scepter, an open book, a wolf,St Michael, a sound,a spiral,a can filled with water, a planet,the Indian male female shape , pyramid,and finally the steps up to a temple. Inside the temple was a huge golden Buddha, His fingers from his right hand pointing down and he holds a ball in his left hand. This ball contains everything. Over this immense figure an all seeing eye from the top of the pyramid is moving with ease, swiftly, from one side to the other and can be directed to whereever you want it to go.The eye is emerald coloured, bright, alert, intense,open, beautiful. This image of the Buddha and the eye did not disappear, it stayed until the end of the meditation and is still with me.

About my experience. Nothing spectacular but then Abhay had said that spectacular things do not necessarily happen. I felt a tightening/contraction. Then a big tension build up. Nothing particular experienced for a long period. My only major/ spectacular experience was towards the end when I felt like my head was expanding with throbbing tension at the forehead chakra and that only my head was expanding with the body shrinking and being sucked into darkness.

following are my experiences during the grid exercise.I had so many experiences during this time that I hope I have been able to reproduce it exactly as it happened. First I saw a lotus arising which merged with another lotus and settled in the heart as a white dove. Then the beam of light merged with the dove in my heart it again became a dove. Then the next form was a crystalline golden lotus. Then this lotus expanded and started revolving and becoming even brighter. Then to arise was that of kali and golden laxmi which kept on being superimposed on each other. Then the next form was that of Bal Gopal. Then the next form was that of two white doves and the last form was a crustalline diamond rose. The final form to arise in the last seven minutes was a golden lotus which merged with the crystalline rose to become a crystalline golden transparent diamond lotus which sometimes gave hues of silver and sometimes hues of violet.

I completed the prayer and immediately i started feeling very restless & lot of heat was flowing out from my sole. Heart beats were very fast.At naval chakra i felt streching sensation as the intestine have sunken .At ajna chakra a hazy image was there.All the time due to restlessness my attention was getting diverted. White light was seen and i felt as seated on a very fast rotator & roaming very fast in the room.I was feeling very thirsty.After some time i was peaceful.I saw a lighted diya. I could see open green land a huge beautiful temple having multiple staircase & a carved dome a small temple in a plain land a village with huts & gps. of cows & buffalows dharamshala The last visualization was a pond surrounded by golden light and bluish green light was falling on the pond.A dull reflection was seen in the pond which frightened me.When i opened my eyes it was exactly 10 P.M.I was feeling very fresh.

I started five minutes erlier. for around five minutes nothing is reaching me no sensation at all,I have thought that any thing would gone wrong with me but i still remain in same state,in state of receptivity i have waited for some time,suddenly at my Naval Chakra i sense that something is pulling from inside it was so powerfull that it caused me to sit very straight and again the same thing i observed at my Ajna chakra, the colours were continuusly changing and it took a form of Lotus. the lotus was continuosly changing its colour and shape ,some times the lotus was wide open some times it is closed,but at one time i have found the lotus was Burning and a very hot feeling at Heart Chakra but it setelled after some time again taken a shape of lotus At last it has taken a shape of small Golden Lotus and remain at my Heart Chakra and then it calmed down. No sensation for some time every thing was quiet i have thought what happened then i opened my eyes it was ten minutes remaining to 10:00 pm,i closed my eyes again and remain in the same state for some time and waited, suddenly all of my emotions rised and some thing was happening all around me some thing was bursting through my heart and spreading all around i have found some form goddess in front of me and found it was maa Durga seating on Tiger and blessing me then whole thing again came into my heart and become a small red lotus and finally it had changed into Golden colour.Throught all the sation my back was in very much pain and also a pain at my kidneys and lower part of my back.

dear all,
the grid induction was a success! thx u sri for being a blessing to all...the genesis was subtle and then it became intense i mean very,very intense i had to get a hold of my self because i almost went to the floor.
the induction .... white pedals appear and lata in white robes. and i saw in her hands a life form in the color emerald. in and out of traces and visions came to her...kali and tara appear and guided her into the sun.
.... green, emerald, pink,red,yellow and white guides appear w/ many gifts/stones/treasures/...vision of a baby going into the ganges river and becoming a avatar...in the river their is a baptism of blessings...also a coming together of the family that's hurting they are receiving healing from the river.
...... i saw a pyramid, lotus and a palace. then i saw a lady dancing with a lion and she hold in her hands a trident like spear... she said u are from the planet of two suns...golden color is your key to unlock truth of your destiny...i saw two lions and two panther they are your guide into the golden light.
..... i saw your dna receiving healing...fear is coming to an end about health issues...i saw the moon...darkness is your light and emptiness is your health and lot....mingle w/ the moon energy.
..... i saw u walking on dry land...then the land is turning in to paradise- a kingdom of kings and queen await you... royal garment is your apparel...creativity comes from your hands.... i receive two symbols.
......i saw a soldier turning into a great leader in the house of maate...and i saw four suns covering u on each sacred direction...coming out of the sun is goddess of the sun embracing u and taking u into the sun...heavy energy felt almost went to the floor...!
......i witness stars coming down on u and covering u...green and purple colors was display coming from the goddess maa.

Felt a tightening around my navel. Shifted my focus. After some time felt like , how do I explain... when one closes the eyes, we see darkness, but if somebody switches on a light in a dark room or if somebody points a torch at our closed eyes.. we can feel that with closed eyes also. right. I felt that kind of dim light. After some time again I saw the same dim light While addressing, for the first two I felt some movement like( when one draws half air half drink through an almost empty bottle of Coke with a straw-bubble..gurgle). For the rest I felt a pain / constriction around the heart. I waited till the end for something to happen but nothing else happened. Probably once or twice I saw the dim light or as if shadows moving across me.Nothing else that I could make out.

I felt as if a red hot pointed rod is touching my Naval Chakra.I am not able to differentiate whether this was a vision or this was my imagination. I felt itchy sensation on the agyan chakra and felt as if a colour ray again from the shining lingam of MTRR entering my Agyan chakra as well as my Navel chakra and both are merging in my Heart chakra and after sometime I found the shining image of MTRR in my Heart chakra. Further I only found blue light & green light.Finally I fond the same shining picture of MTRR in my heart chakra. This has been my experience.I sometimes feel that it has been my imagination and not the vision, and Iam not sure.

i felt very sad yesterday as during the time the grid went live there was loud music & children making a racket so i could not get my conc also i did not feel much but thru out 1 hr i had an energy ball at my ajna chakra which felt beautiful.i think i might not yet be ready for the beautiful experience u mentioned in the grid exercise hope for better luck next time. thanks aton for releasing the grid energies to me i thought i did not deserve them this time

during the grid exercise, at first i felt some heaviness in my body &mind.& then gradually i started feeling more concentrated. then when i began my exercise i particularly saw a sea-shore at the time of sunrise & a beautiful grassland. at the last 20 mins. of the exercise i felt sleepy & had the reiki sleep.regards

I dont even know how to start my descriptions.... anyway yest night experiences are after my intent to connect with the grid..and prayers...saw a spaceship in front of me felt tingling sensations at my finger tips zzzzzzz..kind of feel.light coming up in an opening with a baby-ish face that was you. soft sweet face looking at me.with a butterfly on your left eyelid, welcoming me on the grid.Naval Chakra a strong churning like when you grind wheat into flour on the round stone ,this churning was with a fiery heat,Shirdi Baba words came "if you but offer me a flower, leaf, or a drop of water with love it is enough."with these words the churning continued, I burped several times.. i saw my head being placed into a space helmet and click shut from the back of my head "click".the vision that was in front of me was a Black marble statue..of Kali Mata looking like Devi in the South of India..or similar to Balaji in Madras seeing her form i bowed my head in salutations..and asked her what was the purpose in seeing her message for me what feeling came was a deeper going within white cloudy feel very peaceful as i sat on face of an elephant came right in front of me hid trunk went up and came down the look in his eyes was so tender and loving. i kept on seeing my body as an empty case which holds me for a purpose only the real me was watching this whole scenario a ball of green light shot out from the ajna chakra and i watched it i walked around in this state of beingness looking around me then again a ball of white light would shoot out.though i felt very peaceful and smooth.. at the heart chakra boom like a telephone wire connected very fast to my group members,I did though notice I had different faces and Deepak who visited me inbetween my process.Deepak was laughing, another observation my face at this time was not a face it exsisted as a SMILE. That was my face so as to speak..Here in Manila it felt my muscles were starched I couldn,t move the facial expression like the smile was pinned up with pins or. Deepak thank you for coming and watching over us I salute to you and bow in gratitude.what was awesome was with what ease everyone was connected to each other even when we,ve never met any of them the faces merged personalities and purposes were shown .Amazing.Ganesh was so beautiful the eyes warm and soft.Thank you Jose,as my GI.Lastly waited for the form or anything to come forth...in my heart I had programmed myself that I was going to see a golden angel that's going to be me. But what finally did come in my vision was abeautiful form of a Silver lady long hair lovely form all silver. her length was so long but utterly beautiful. first I raised my head to see her properly then bowed and thanked for the whole exercise and the entire meditation thanking Deepak (who is laughing) this angel,Jose Luis Inge Sunjoo Haresh Prena in teaching me my lessons of letting go.. and opened my eyes with clearness in vision. It was 12.35 God thank you very mush for such wonderful people on this planet and my being here and now.

Wow, that was different to last time. I cannot remember all, but Maa settled herself in my head and then moved down to heart where she stayed for the entire link. I saw a rose, (flower) pale pink, but the rose was not strong and straight as. It entered my heart and became straight and strong.The next was a pair of binoculars, which turned into a pair of glasses after emerging from her side and turned into a big eye in my heart. Next I think. I saw from my side a huge bottle of elixer and then emerged the colour purple. The experience was a black mamba and it changed into a white cobra..Funny enough I was not afraid, as I don't like snakes. I saw from my heart chakra the ascended masters and Christ settled in my heart chakra. I saw the Taj Mahal.... I cannot remember properly but I remember it had something to do with script. The final form which emerged from my heart at the very end is the Goddess Venus. She is so beautiful.I feel I have been connected to higher energies. It was such a special experience.

After saying my prayers, 10 minutes passed nothing happened. Suddenly, I started feeling energy in my right palm circling to my back and coming to my left palm and then going on. this went on for about 5 minutes, then I started feeling slight tug at my navel, heart and ajna chakra. I started the OSS exercise with the GI and others. The energy sensation at my throat, complete back and ajna chakra kept on increasing, so also the tug at my heart. All along various shades of violet kept appearing at my ajna chakra fading into the black color and then another shape would start. This happened for the entire hour.I finished the OSS exercise by 8.05pm (my clairvoyant friend helped me in telling the time).Then I relaxed, surrendered and let go..the energy sensation through out my body increased and then became subtle then increased and slowly became subtler and subtler. The tug at my heart chakra sometimes use to be vertical & sometimes horizontal (around my body). It was 2 minutes to 2030 hrs, I suddenly started zooming onto a lit lamp(Deepak/diya). It started moving towards my ajna chakra and it kept on coming closer & closer till only the flame was visible. The flame became bigger and entered my ajna chakra. It was 2032hrs and I was feeling very light, physically.
Clairvoyant Observation
My friend, Prakash saw the grid at the start and then saw very light golden energy descends into my aura. He saw my charkas getting connected to the golden energy, first the ajna chakra, the navel, the heart and the throat. He saw a golden disc with holes (like the idli stand, as in India) at my ajna chakra. He could see a chord connection going out from my heart chakra. Through out the one hour the energy was very subtle, soft, silky, golden and it increased my aura and the charkas. The energy flowing between the charkas use to increase, then stopped as if a block is there and then start flowing again. He said this could be due to the "Nadi Cleansing" effect.

Tried to turn myself to "Sakshi Bhava" (witness mode) and observe the ongoings throughout the session. The prayer was to allow me enough strength and tenacity to continue in the spiritual mission of Reiki without interruption, unlike previous attempts.I picturised the form of grid. Shri Deepak Hardikar is beaming energy to the entire grid, which comprised of a ring of energy, coming from all other old grid members and the 5 grid inductors(GI). Further correction was made to the concept by visualising the cosmic energy of Reiki through all the grid members providing conduits. finally I linked myself to the grid. My earlier form was a sparkling "mani" which took various shapes, from a golden yellow light, to a lighting sphere inside a hub, to a volcanic beam of reddish yellow light, a sparkling crystal ball, a spiralling sun, a humble candle light etc.to the final shape of a "full moon" giving soothing light of love and kindness, a subtle form of glowing tranquility.In the middle my candle got extinguished thrice and I relit it all three times. does it signify anything?

Here is a summary of my grid experiences: Early on in the excercise my teeth began to chatter uncontrollably. I felt a great pressure in my head, with energy pulse sometimes running through it, and head muscles tensing and relaxing. During the middle I felt uncontrallable convulsions of body, near abdominal region. At the end, my arms began to shake, and went involuntarily into Chin Mudra, where they remained until the end of the exercise. At the end experienced vision of Shiva Linga in Heart, and Shaivite tilak(three lines) within a triangle of light.

After saying a short prayer I saw a white-blue translucent lotus. The blue was more like an electric blue.It looked so calm and peaceful. When I shifted my attention and could see the slanting, almond shaped eyes of Buddha that were green in colour--like the ones you see on brass that has not been polished for some time. Upon meeting at the heart chakra, they merged and turned into waves of electric blue, like live electricity. During the course of the link, the form that arose was that of a "phuljari"., bright and yellow.(I have forgotten what u call it in English!!), I started to feel itchy on different parts of my body. ( pls don't think I am crazy, I am just reporting what I felt!!) The form that arose were large dark balls, I couldn't see what colour. Then they started diminishing or receeding into smaller balls of blue fire or electricity. The blue colour was the same as the electric blue before. Then I saw the face of a boy, not feeling so well. Then dark clouds passed by, which were moving very slowly. Finally, after a long time, I saw the face of a 5 yr old boy wearing a hood, but quite all right. Then I kept seeing a construction site which was out of the city, and some sort of accident has taken place, or an earthquake. Even though I kept waiting for the vision to change, it just kept coming back. Then just kept seeing mountains, a stream and a waterfall. Kept seeing him a designer of some sort---designing huge colourful mosaic tiles on display. Finally, the vision I saw was that of a huge white bird,(thought it was an eagle, but wasn't sure), perched somewhere. This form merged with the one in the heart chakra, I saw bright yellow and blue sparks, rays coming out of the heart chakra in all directions, and from the top of my head going upwards!! Felt very Heavy vibrations at Heart Chakra. A shining / sparkling ball of light was seen. A square shaped mass shining light was seen. Other things which were observed were pain in Left hand, heavy twitching like sensation in shoulders. Heavy activations at Heart Chakra. Both the legs were pulled towards earth. Very heavy sweating. a cone shaped dark mass turned into a shivlinga and a white shining eye in the form of white light was observed on the shivlinga.

I apologize for being so long in sending in my Grid experience. Part of the reason for this delay was because I needed a little time to get my bearings so to speak. I have been pretty spacy since the Grid. Could not seem to concentrate well enough to formulate words.
First of all I spent some time studying and committing to memory the Grid instructions, as well as, my prayer. I went into a meditative stance about 15 minutes before Grid time. I am not sure if others felt panicky about doing it right or fearing that one would not know when to do certain things, but boy I did. After a bit into meditation I began to feel intermittent waves of energy flow over me with accompanying billowing clouds of colors that seemed to pulsate; of many different hues. The humming in my ears became very intense, almost uncomfortable. I began hearing many voices but was unable to distinguish actual words. At one point I seemed to have lost contact with the Grid. I felt I had come out of the meditation to some degree. I felt remorseful for a moment and began to pray for a reconnection to the Grid. A voice came to me and told me to relax, that all was well. This voice stayed with me for the entire experience. Any time I felt that I was not doing as well as I felt I should be, this voice would offer encouragement, it was very comforting and warm. Deepak, this may sound strange, I even hesitate to say it, but I felt the voice was yours. I felt very connected to you throughout the experience. Is this a normal feeling? At one point, the energy was different, very strong and I felt the need to stay with the connection far longer. I continue to feel the connection today. At some point my right foot and leg seemed to be paralyzed, I simply could not move it. It felt almost as if it was not there. At the same time I felt tremendous warmth in my hands and tingling, especially in my left hand. Both hands felt as if they were rising up. This feeling stayed with me the entire time. Throughout entire experience I had much pressure in my head, my face felt strange, kinda numb. I felt waves of such strong euphoria, unlike anything I have ever felt before. It was awesome. At the beginning of the meditation while concentrating I began to feel a sort of pulsating at the navel area with puffy clouds of color growing stronger with each pusation. When I changed concentration, the pressure in my head and ears was tremendous. I felt almost a pop at the top of my head and a flood of color and warmth washed over me. Beautiful colors of many hues but especially yellows and orange. Almost immediately I felt my heart chakra open and receive the feelings. The feeling was indescribable. Many colors again. I began to feel as if my chest area was glowing, it felt hot. I put my hands to my chest and it truly was hot to the touch. I continue today to feel a warmth and an openness in the chest area. At the point of being done I, as instructed, waited for the feeling or form to materialize in the heart chakra. I felt my deceased brothers presence, and actually saw the letters of his name. I remember thinking; what has Steve got to do with the form or feeling that I would need to remember, to connect with the Grid. Then the name, Lord Genesh, came, along with little pebbles of colors that seemed to float and shine. I felt a calmness and sweetness envelope me that was so utterly overwhelming, that even now I can find no words to describe the experience adequately. I seem to remember something about the word or name; Genesh but I cant remember what or where. Upon coming out of the meditation, I realized that 2 ½ hours had passed since I had entered the meditative state. I have never been able to hold a meditative state for near this long. I felt only minutes had passed, not hours. I felt disoriented for hours after and still feel disconnected. The euphoria is still with me alternating with almost a depressed state. I was really absorbed in a Golden Light right from the commencement of the Exercise ,which took place in the early hours of today, 1.30am, to be pricise,at first there seemed to be a ball of needles and then a huge golden ball, that pulsated, when both sensations combined, a reclining Buddha covered with gold appeared, and smiled at me and the members of the group, a beam of yellow or golden light emerged.The last sensation to appear just before the close, at the heart chakra, was a white lotus with golden inside leaves and a very young Krishnaa appeared, behind him was Multi Armed Shakti, ( I hope that was correct ), I consider myself truely Blessed to be able to partake of such an event,

At first I experienced a slight state of warmth throughout my body and a feeling of tingling. Then, after awhile I began to see a small violet disc that was spinning and becoming larger. Other visions were a cross that merged with the disc, many colored flowers, a serpent, white fluffy clouds, a brief aroma of roses and then Mother Mary. The heat that I felt was remarkable. Each beam was quite intense, ranging from hot to an almost burning sensation. I can still feel it.Next what seemed to appear was a shower of gold dust and then the final vision - a six pointed star. Truely beautiful. Thank you Deepak for this wonderful experience!!

In the beginning there was a part of a white lilly with a pink spot and a dark form with edges of sparkling blue. Then there were coloured tunnels which strongly attracted me. Persons where there speaking true words and over and over again floral colours, groups and parts of flowers.Once a deep turquoise field appeared with kaleidoscopic forms. At the end there was a white field of dense blossoms and out of that a clear cristal arose. The cristal slowly turned and settled in a light place in my heart chakra.Thats the place I have it in me now. All the time my solar plexus and later my heart chakra felt very warm and I could feel both sides of my heart chakra front and back.

At the beginning of the Grid Exercise I received a feeling of warmth - then I felt my being expand and was aware that I was in a column of light. After a few minutes I felt as if I was one with the light. I had become that column of light.As I moved my concentration I was aware that the candle flame was flickering and when I opened my eyes to look at it, the flame had divide into two - there were two distinct flames and they were twice the size (there was no breeze as I had close everything to shut out any noise that may cause a distraction).Then I saw a circle of fire and within this circle was an 8-ponted star. The circle of fire then moved away from the star and as it came closer to me it changed to the shape of a heart.I then proceeded with the exercise as instructed and at the end, when I went back into meditation the heart appeared once more - only this time it split in two with one heart slightly overlapping the other.I am not psychic, and only a very few times in my life have I received any symbols or visions, so for me this was an awesome experience.

I experienced rapid and high amplitude vibrations of spine almost throughout the session. I felt my heart becoming larger ,almost pushing against the chest ,as if it was enlarging with time. A cool wave seemed to have engulfed my heart (cool enough to be noticeable but not very cold).Towards the end the wave also engulfed my shoulders and then the head. An experience akin to a release of stress was felt at the end .A slight burning sensation in the feet was felt towards the end.I did not experience any visions.

10 minutes before 9 i felt pressure at navel which continued till end.there was varying degree of flow from root to crown at different times.there was side to side expansion at spine level,neraly at end there was flow allover head ,hands were raised from elbow level and remained such for some time.In the end there was outflow from forehead like fountain.upward flow in spine had many different patterns at different times.

Kamal Pathakji's ex. - It began with strong flow at T.eye,then it started from heart,after sometime it went to crown.this process was going on till end one by one.At root movements were felt which went upto solar,there was movement in ida pingla also from below upwards.Feeling of heavyness is still there till the time of writing report.There was lot of tension in legs.It became so hot that i bathed in sweat. AC was running in room but was inefective, it's effect can only be felt at the end .

Grid activation began here at 11:00 a.m. . The time may have been off not sure, but by the chaos pouring in and disruptions must have been right. (The full value to this richly spiritual experience was cut) or so it seems. As the manifestation of other members accounts pour in maybe I'll understand. Processed symbols then recited MATTE TRUPTARAGAJESHWARI "om". Let go. Vibrations increase. Image "Mother". (Hold) it. Grid members(can't see them ) but (can hear them) announcing their names. The Image of Mother has a cosmic sparkle that begins to grow. The vision becomes more clearly seen. I sense the presence of the Grid members like doing a roll call. I think I'm going to see the lotus and the dancing. The dancing I saw was the image of fire, it was Deepak dancing around like a hot flame. Mr. Mahesh was at the same time saying "take my hand". Preeti you caused the Image of mother to become alive. It all happened very spontaneously. In the end it looked like a campfire except we were the fires of flame. Did anyone combust?(Jellyroll)

I felt huge white light beams entered into my heart and my entirebody thrilled for few seconds. I visualized a big lotus and its petals are opening one by one. I thought there may be any form of goddess but to my surprise I found lord Ganesh inside the lotus. Then there is a sparkling light sparkling in my Ajna Chakra for few minutes. Suddenly visualized a big throne on which I am sitting and throne is going ahead with full speed and coming back again in the air. Then started flashing faces of few great personalities, three of them I remember Mahatma Gandhi, Subas Bose and Vivekananda. Lastly I visualized a big golden (metal) snake. This is a very excellent experience for me. Please accept my sincere thanks and evergratefulness for this excellent exercise of grid expansion.

My experience during the grid expansion was that I saw a big KALASAM in the centre surrounded by small KALASAMS. I was told the centre KALASAM was Mother and the surrounding ones were us.Then the centre KALASAM turned into MOTHER AND SHIVA, blessing us and our Guru sitting at their feet and worshipping them. He had a small KALASAM at his side front.We (except Guru who was in close proximity to Mother and Shiva) were all sitting in a circle around the SHIVA AND MOTHER , having a kalasam in front of us and were worshipping them.love,

Although in one e-mail you mentioned that those of us who were already connected to the grid and not changing our status need not do anything in particular, I still lit a white candle Saturday night and intended to hook up to the grid. I think I met you in the process. Overall, the effect was extremely peaceful and still -- not what I expected. Besides that, I slept very deeply that night -- better than I had in a long time. I read the grid hook-up accounts today. It seems to have triggered a realignment of my own connection to the grid and grid members. It happened around sundown. (I laughed at your comment about those people whose names started with 'J' being night owls -- that's definitely me!) I seem to have formed new connections with some of the members in charge of astral pockets. Abhay seemed to be coming through my heart center fairly strongly; I sent some energy on my end to harmonize the connection. I also received a much clearer connection with Ganesha. I am glad that you considered allowing some of the other members to have their own astral cells. I hope that everything plays out according to plan. As a note of curiosity, did anyone else have the same idea? I wonder what sort of astral entity we are creating. I'm sure you are very busy answering questions and such with all the new people you have connected to the grid. I still wanted to get my two cents in. Thanks again for everything,

At the time of grid expansion 1st i saw a female wearing white sari(bangali style)&white light was emitting from it.After some time i found myself surrounded by white light.after 45 mins bright green light came from my left side and covered my legs.I had unbearable pain in left great toe & with this i felt enough bleeding from it.This happened thrice in 5 mins.Third time the pain &bleeding both were less.It was smooth after this.Again i felt restless for 15mins.with regards

Dear Deepak, Sorry, I couldn't get in touch with you earlier, but my phone didn't have dial tone and I couldn't get on line. I tuned in last Saturday when you linked up the new grid members and I got the following impressions: Deepak: I saw many candles and an altar and you were sitting in front of it, the whole scene in a warm, golden light. The candles were not all in the room, most of them were projections from other places. Barbara: she was surrounded by green. I couldn't make it out if this was a meadow or the green interior of a room. Sunjoo Sadhwani: beautiful gold color. I saw a huge, fine porcelain plate behind her with very delicate, filigran like pastell paintings of flowers and herbs. Raju: she was seated on a red velvet ... something like a magical carpet. Kanchan: I could hear beautiful soft music and could feel much happiness and joy. Lavina: Behind her was a white and lavender sphere. That's all for today.

Hello Dear Deepak, Overall I had a peaceful and warm feeling and I saw you floating over the ellipsis that represented the grid while Maate was calmly and reassuringly looking over it all. From the Bible I took this line a while back and liked to say it as a mantra over and over during the day and as little prayer before meditation. It goes like this: Be still and know that I am God. To this some months ago a new line came into my mind: Be still and know that I am Love. When I did my meditation/BSR session Saturday morning to prepare for the grid expansion, a new third line popped in my mind. It goes like this: Be still and know that I am One.
