The Kasha are a race of hunters. Kasha technologically is far more than adequate to fight wars. However the thrill of the hunt is the only desire shared by all Kasha. They have no desire to fight wars on conquer other beings.

Kasha society is based on matriarchs. The males take care of the young while mostly females hunt for food. Society is broken into groups, essentially tribes. Each tribe has a different form on government depending on the region in which they live.

Kasha society is very advanced technologically but the people tend to prefer simpler forms of living. Space travel and energy weaponry have been developed by the Kasha.

Rather than bending their environment to fit their desires, the Kasha change to fit their environment.

The region a Kasha tribes lives in reflects its society.
As well as killing for survival, killing for sport plays a major role. Many Kasha travel from region to region to hunt different prey and test their skills as a hunter. Both male and female hunt for fun. Females usually choose mates who are good hunters. Trophies from a hunt come in the form of the skull of the prey. Hunters with many trophies get much respect. The more dangerous the prey the more respect received.

Planetary travel to engage in hunting is also a big part of Kasha culture. The Kasha engage in trade with other planets and find new hunting grounds by word of mouth. Interplanetary hunting trips may include one hunter or a group of fifty or more.
