A little bit about my experience with Yahoo and Geocities.............
Now that Gebuilder Is no longer available , most of my site is set up with sub-directories using Geobuilder , I've been limited with Page Builder because it won't access my sub directories (although I have found some ways to get around that) ... I'm still patiently waiting for the new release so I can continue to easily add to my site without having a "mile long"root directory. (Page Builder can only access files in the root directory). Hopefully they'll get it together soon as I have lots of new stuff to add.
