If enrolling thru a representative, fill up the application form and send it with the pictures and your payment. VIA POSTAL MONEY ORDER By registered mail, send your payment in Postal Money Order payable to BRAINS Training and Review with a completely filled up application form and two (2) 1x1 ID pictures. We will let you know when we receive your papers.. THRU THE Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch nearest you. 1. Deposit your payment to : Current Account No. 3145-2394-69 Account Name: BRAINS Training and Review 2. Send us the original validated copy of the deposit slip, together with the application form, and 2 1x1 ID pictures. You may photocopy the original or ask the teller to stamp a duplicate copy for your files. 3. Call or e-mail us as soon as you have paid so we can reserve you a seat in the review, and give you instructions on what to do on the first day of class. |
