Registration
Parents and children are encouraged to visit Above & Beyond Childcare center (ABC) during regular business hours to meet the staff and observe the program. All application forms will be made available at this time. Parents with questions regarding ABC will be answered at this time. It is important that parents schedule their visit at least 48 hours prior to the child's first day's routine at ABC. This method allows a period of adjustment for the child and other children.

Program
The program is based on goals, objectives and activities aimed at providing a flexible, enriching environment that will facilitate the physical, cognitive, and social/emotional growth of children aged 0-48 months. The group size will always remain small to give each child more individual attention. The program is supervised at all times by the owner of Above & Beyond Childcare, Lindsey Hinnrichs. Lindsey has her Early Childhood Development Degree and is Licensed with the State of California. Feel free to examine her portfolio during your preliminary visit.

There is an equal balance of active and quiet periods, fine-motor and gross motor activities, indoor and outdoor times, individual and group activities, and teacher-directed and child-initiated activities.
The meals provided are well-balanced nutritional meals.

Naps are provided for the children that require rest during our business hours. Children that nap directly after their pick-up time will be provided with an environment that helps to gear them down for their future nap.

Above & Beyond Childcare has an open-door policy and is available to discuss parent's concerns. Please feel free to contact Lindsey to arrange a mutual meeting time.
