Fascinating new information
from Ron Reese and Bonnie Gaunt
This contains some fascinating new information from Ron Reese of Maranatha Ministries and
confirming information from author Bonnie Gaunt.
RON REESE. First, with Ron. On about April 21 2000, Ron felt that God
suddenly gave him a revelation. The revelation came just after I had shared that on April
19, 2000, a friend, Paul, whom I had not seen in probably months, called me on his cell
phone from the Cincinnati airport. He had just landed, en route from Florida to visit his
sick mother. Paul said that while at 30,000 feet he was reading from Jeremiah, not a book
he usually reads, he shared. When he got to Jeremiah 1:12 he said the Lord spoke to him
very clearly, three times, saying, "Jim Bramlett, Jim Bramlett, Jim Bramlett."
Paul said it was actually audible, or near audible -- he wasn't sure. He read from the New
King James Version, which says, "Then the LORD said to me, 'You have seen well, for I
am ready to perform My word.'"
I shared that experience with friends along with the preceding verse 11: "Moreover
the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 'Jeremiah, what do you see?' And I said, 'I see a
branch of an almond tree.'" Research revealed that the almond tree blooms early in
the spring. It was like God was revealing to Jeremiah (and me) that His Word would be
performed in the Spring. This seemed significant to me because I had shared just prior to
that the possible significance of the Day of Ascension (Jesus' rapture) on June 1, 2000 .
The timing seemed amazing.
Anyhow, as I shared the Jeremiah 1:12 experience with some friends, I quoted another
friend who responded by saying, "I really think He is going to tell those of us who
have been actively watching when it will be, at least within the range. He might have told
us yesterday in the Pentecost answer (or Rosh Hashanah) from _____ , and then everything
else we heard seemed to fit, too." I witnessed to that and sent out another message
with the same idea in it, at the end saying to addressees, "YOU may get the next
piece of the puzzle." I sensed that I was prophesying when I said that. Then the next
night Ron Reese called me and said he believed he had this revelation. It came the VERY
NEXT DAY after receiving my message, the last sentence of which he said gave him goose
bumps!
Ron said he suddenly felt led to compare the relationship of God's 7,000-year plan for
history and the time of the great flood, 1656 years after Adam, with a comparable length
of time in Daniel's 70th week (a 7-year period). He divided both 1656 and 7000 by 1000 and
obtained 1.656 and 7. He calculated 1.656 Jewish (360-day) years from when he believes the
final seven years began, and was shocked at the results.
First, while some may disagree, let me insert that Ron has been totally persuaded that the
final seven years, or 70th week of Daniel, began with the confirming of the covenant
between Israel and the PLO on October 23, 1998, a fulfillment of Daniel 9:27, he believes.
He realizes that most pre-tribulationists believe the rapture must precede the final seven
years, and he has always believed that. However, he has changed his mind because he says
it has only been a presumption rather than based on Scripture, which he says does not make
the tribulation and Daniel's 70th week necessarily synonymous. He gives several strong
arguments for this October 23, 1998 date, including two astronomical signs, but I cannot
include his reasons here. His arguments are so interesting that I believe we should pay

But back to Ron's calculation. Counting 1.656 prophetic years from October 23, 1998 brings
one exactly to Pentecost, June 10, 2000!!! Ron thinks this means that there will be a
"flood-like event" on or about that day.
Remember, the flood story of Noah's day was not only a picture of judgment, but also one
of deliverance from judgment. It could mean the rapture. I believe both rapture and
judgment will be "as in the days of Noah" (Matthew 24:37). In chart form, here

BONNIE GAUNT. Author friend Bonnie Gaunt has reviewed Ron's findings and
is excited about it because she has further information which seems confirming. I received
a five-page fax from her last night.
With a chart, Bonnie parallels:
1. Day Two of creation, the "dividing of the waters," with
2. Day Two of history, in which Noah's flood occurred, with
3. Day Two of Daniel's Seventieth Week, and a possible flood-like event (Ron's
revelation).
1. DAY TWO OF CREATION. In Genesis 1:6-8 where it talks about the water,
the gematria (letter/number equivalent) for the phases:
"The waters which were under the firmament" = 1854
"The waters which were above the firmament" = 1146.
Bonnie says that the two numbers form the perfect Golden Proportion, and a Golden
Rectangle with two parallel sides of 1854 and also of 1146. The perimeter of this
rectangle is 6,000! Could this signify 6,000 years of history?
2. DAY TWO OF HISTORY. Noah's flood took place in Day Two of history,
actually 1656 years after the entrance of sin into the world, according to chronologists.
The number 1656 is a combination of the numbers 864 and 792, upon which creation is based.
The number 864 represents the sun, which is 864,000 miles in diameter. The number 792
represents the earth, which is 7,920 miles in diameter. The two numbers also have
significance in gematria.
The number 864 is the number/letter equivalent to:
God (Greek)
God is a fire (Hebrew)
Before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me (Hebrew)
Jerusalem (Greek)
The Word of the Lord from Jerusalem (Hebrew)
Come up here (Greek: possible rapture invitation in Revelation 4:1).
The number 792 is the equivalent to:
Lord Jesus Christ (Hebrew)
He is salvation (Hebrew)
Salvation (Hebrew)
His going forth is established as the dawn (Hosea 6:3, showing Jesus' return for the
salvation of Israel at the dawn of the 7th day)
Bonnie points out that he addition of these two amazing numbers, 864 and 792, gives a
total of 1656, the precise number of years between the entrance of sin into the world and
the great flood of Noah's day. She notes that 792 pertains to the Lord Jesus Christ and to
salvation. The diameter of the earth is 7920 miles. The earth is the only place in God's
creation where salvation occurs. It is really a "place of salvation."
3. DAY TWO (year 2) OF DANIEL'S 70TH WEEK (7 years). Bonnie's paper
summarizes Ron's findings described above.
CONCLUSION:
We do not know whether or not anything specific will happen on or about June 1 or June 10,
2000, but I am persuaded that this general window of time and the entire current Jewish
year 5760 which ends September 30, 2000 is an important window on God's calendar. Let us
remain watchful.
