More on James Muecke
And some thoughts about the Islamic threat
For those checking in on James Muecke's new Web site, please know that as of today he
has increased his articles from 2 to 12. There is a lot of material there (Click here.).
James writes some heavy, lengthy stuff, laced with an unusual grasp of history and
geopolitics. I have not read it all and therefore cannot say I agree with everything. And
since I have not read it all, I reserve the right to take issue on specific points.
However, his emphasis on the role of Islam in the end times bears witness to me. The
pervasive worldwide threat of Islam is probably the most non-reported phenomenon in the
world today. Media silence is no doubt motivated by petro-dollar influence (read that:
greed).
Several years ago missiologist George Otis, Jr. wrote a brilliant book about Islam being
the last major demonic stronghold in opposition to the gospel. I am also told that Perry
Stone emphasizes the role of Islam in the end times but I am not familiar with the
details.
Most understand the hatred of Islam toward Israel but few are aware of its aspirations for
global conquest and the insidious ways it is infiltrating Western nations. For example,
Arab oil money is financing "Arabic Studies" departments in American
universities, which are no more than Islamic propaganda centers. Israeli Victor Mordecai
has an outstanding book expose' on this titled, "Is Fanatic Islam a Global
Threat" (available in the U.S. for $10 + shipping at 719-686-5308.)
Hopefully, believers will soon be caught up to meet the Lord in the air, and thus forever
be with the Lord. But for those left behind, Islam looms large on the horizon of the
world.
