A Geopolitical and Scientific Study of Current Events Related to Bible Prophecy In The Year of the Lord 2000

INTRODUCTION

Paul Crouch, Founder and President of TBN, the largest Christian Ministry in the world today, recently stated, "Time is extremely short."

Benny Hinn, a well-known Minister from Orlando, Florida with an international ministry, recently met with Dr. Pat Robertson, President of CBN in Virginia Beach. He reported Pat had told him after fasting and praying God had spoken to him that 1999 will be a year of blessing but the year 2000 one of judgment.

Brother Shambach, with a successful 50-year track record of evangelism, recently stated: "all the signs are here - Jesus is returning."

John Hagee, a popular TV evangelist with a ministry based in Texas, when asked where we are in Bible prophecy, answered "We are in the Ark, and the door is about to be closed."

Rod Parsley, well known to all Christians for preaching repentance and salvation at meetings throughout the country, has been saying this year that the rapture is so close that it could happen between his current sentence (that he is speaking), and the next time one bends down to tie a shoelace.

Why are all of these ministers of the Gospel so sure we are so close to the end?

What do they know that gives them assurance in their spirit and in their mind that the end is so close?

There is a tremendous need for a 'novella' that summarizes, almost like a CIA Intelligence Briefing, the 'State of the World' for Christians of all denominations today.

After twenty years of Bible research and reading, and much of it in the field of prophecy, I feel I must put to writing my conclusions and let the reader judge them. There are four areas where God speaks to us through the Bible that are all converging on one time period and one season - the odds are a hundred quadrillion to one of this happening. The Bible ELS Codes, Signs in the Stars, the Number Codes (which the earliest Christians utilized in ancient manuscripts for numbering purposes) and Providential Circumstances are all pointing to one season of time.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WATCHING

Jesus admonished us 23 times in the New Testament to "Watch." Why? Why would He do so unless it was extremely important?

In the military, collection of intelligence is given the utmost priority. Unless combined British and American efforts had solved the Enigma code just prior to the Second World War, we wouldn't have had the intelligence data to sink the vast majority of German U-Boats. If that had not occurred, we never would have been able to ship enough men and materials to Europe to defeat the enemy.

Defeating the enemy is a prime objective of intelligence. Christians know precisely who their enemy is, but many today are lukewarm because they aren't watching. Jesus had a special warning for the lukewarm in the Book of Revelation. It's quite frightening. If you read it, also note that Jesus had a 'double-edged sword' coming out of his mouth at the time he spoke to John of the Rapture in the Book of Revelation. This obviously tells us the Rapture is a time of judgment for some. For most it will be a time of blessing, but a double-edged sword is an obvious sign for those who are not ready, and who are not watching.

Daniel recorded a tremendous number of time clues, and then said they were sealed until the time of the end, when knowledge shall be increased. That's what the angel told him.

Neither Daniel nor the apostles in Jesus' time needed to know the fixed schedule of the Lord's coming, as that was in the distant future for them. Therefore when they asked Jesus he used a current tense answer and said "No man knoweth the day nor hour" - that was precisely correct, as in 33 AD no man could know the day nor the hour. It wasn't necessary at the time, so the Lord used a 'delay switch' in the answer to them.

But in the Book of Revelation Jesus said a very strange thing to John many years later. He said in Revelation 3:3 : "If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee."

Simply turn that around according to applied logic: If therefore you will watch, you will know what hour (fixed schedule) I will come upon thee.

The word hour in this context means a 'fixed schedule.' It appears from a study of both the Old Testament and New that when God set up the world, he designed it with the signature of an artist - quite perfectly and on schedule with his foreordained knowledge. Then He set up seven Feast Days and knew in advance what appointments (translation of the Hebrew word) God would keep on those days.

God confirmed Revelation 3:3 with quite a few other Scriptures, so there could be no doubt at all:

Jesus said, "I have foretold you all things." Mark 13:23.

"Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His secret unto His servants the prophets." Amos 3:7.

"None of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand." Daniel 12:10.

The time of God's first advent was clearly told in the Bible. When Christ came the first time, people should have been able to figure out from Daniel 9:24-26 when to expect Him.

Jesus scathingly told the people of His time, "How is it that ye do not discern this time?" I don't think He had much patience with them at that point.

Since nothing can be added to the Bible, obviously God sheds new light on existing Scriptures and ties it all in. As the angel told Daniel, "knowledge shall be increased."

In fact, after years of Bible study, I found about 95% of the cryptographic techniques in the Bible came together last year. As any cryptanalyst at for example, the National Security Agency can tell you, solving a complex cryptogram, and the Bible is an awesome one, is a matter of persistence and creativity. This year 100% of the pieces fell into place.

Jesus stated, "Occupy until I return." Occupy is a military term. Military communications normally are in code for reasons of security. Amazingly, Jesus even stated in Luke 8:17,18 that "Nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither is anything hid, that shall not be known and come abroad."

The Lord warned Abraham and Lot of Sodom's destruction -- Joseph of a seven-year famine -- Moses of the plagues that would destroy Egypt -- Amos of the destruction of Tyre -- Elijah and the school of the prophets of the day of his rapture. God is just and consistent.

A cryptogram is a puzzle - and every puzzle has a Key to solving it. In this pamphlet we will look at the Key to the Sign of the End of the Age, and then four areas of confirmation God independently built in so that there would be no mistaking it at all. First let's study the prophecies in the Bible related to one of the first events after the Rapture, an invasion of Israel and simultaneous nuclear exchange between America and Russia.

EZEKIEL 38: Verses 1 to 12

"And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,"

"Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meschech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,"

"And say, Thus saith the Lord Gold; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal;"

"And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords;"

"Persia, Ethiopia and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet;"

"Gomer, and all his bands, the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee."

"Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them."

"After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them."

"Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee."

"Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:"

"And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,"

"To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land."

WITHIN THE MONTHS AFTER THE RAPTURE, this 'evil thought' will enter their minds. The land of unwalled villages is Israel.

There is a clue in the Book of Revelation that indicates a short timing gap, perhaps a period of months, between the Rapture and the beginning of the seven-year Tribulation period.

Russia is the great destabilizer of the Middle East. Russia could dominate world politics if it could control oil markets in the Middle East.

Stanislav Lunev, the highest-ranking Russian defector to America, warns the United States that the goal of the GRU (military intelligence) is to infiltrate and obtain every detail possible about our planning, strength and operations. They want to know the armor we have and where the possibilities are for weakness. Why would they be interested? Well, according to Lunev, "Russia remains terrified of the power of America, and Russian military intelligence does everything it can to prepare for a war that it considers inevitable." He goes on to detail their plans -- nuclear, chemical and biological -- against America, and Israel.

The question of why then becomes all important. Russian military planners apparently feel that if they could conduct a pre-emptive strike against the United States, then with U.S. power out of the way, and their country suffering what they believe will only constitute confinable damage, they would be free to engage in world aspirations. The Middle East in particular is their target. If they could survive as the world's premier nuclear power, they could control oil supplies and world politics.

Lunev was extensively debriefed by the CIA and his story is extremely credible. He added frightening details. He stated there are Russian Special Operations troops ready to penetrate the U.S. from camps in Canada, and from there deploy deadly nuclear suitcase bombs to cripple America just prior to launch of ICBMs.

One technique that would be utilized just before a full-scale nuclear attack is a high altitude (approximately 200 miles high) nuclear explosion. Russia has the ability to deploy from a satellite a nuclear bomb at that altitude. An explosion of that type would damage electrical circuitry -- the EMP (electromagnetic pulse) generated by the explosion will affect one thousand miles of ground area. All solid state circuitry would be affected. A one megaton explosion would be sufficient to cause the failure of 95% of America's power grid, telephone and radio communications, and all navigational aids. Only certain military communications hardened against EMP would remain operative.

Moscow has huge underground bunkers, according to the New York Times, in the Ural Mountains. They contain ten square miles of storage, homes and shops. Apartment complexes and factories are contained.

The size of the bunkers built into mountains (which is a tactic designed to provide the equivalent of a 1,000 - foot concrete protection) is awesome and can support the infrastructure population of Moscow after a nuclear attack.

Why does Russia need such a facility?

Russia is also strangely stockpiling food. Ambassador Richard Starr, a top Reagen arms control expert, wrote in the Wall Street Journal that Russia had stockpiled 362 million metric tons of wheat! That is enough grain to feed the entire population of the former Soviet Union for three years!

Why is Russia stockpiling grain? Russia claims it is in a famine status. If that's for real, then Russian planners should be proceeding with additional planting. Let's look at the situation with Russian farmland. According to TASS, Russia is reducing the number of acres to be planted next year. Instead of 60 million acres, they are planting only 54 million acres.

Why? Why would a supposedly starving population hoard grain and reduce on their total land mass allocated for planting? Another strange event is occurring -- interfax reported recently that Russia had 16% fewer herds, particularly of cattle and sheep, than one year previous. Russian planners do nothing by accident or mistake. Are grazing herds worth less once a nuclear war breaks out? Absolutely.

The most ominous development is that the Russian military is moving a large number of their total land-based, strategic nuclear weapons onto naval ships. The number transferred will take the total from 30% to over 50%. Why? The answer is they are much less vulnerable to counter-attack.

Russia is starved for cash but TASS reported that Russia had "cut back on export of petroleum products by 26.6% to 30.2 million tons recently." Oil is its best source of hard currency in the middle of its current on-going financial crises. Why would the Russians be hoarding oil?

Israel's Mossad recently discovered (along with other Middle Eastern intelligence sources) that Kosovo was one humiliation too many for Russia. They are planning to take action. They have cemented ties with China and various fundamentalist Islamic nations.

A Russian first strike could wipe out America's land-based missiles and strategic bombers. Left to defend the country would be twelve ballistic submarines with 180 megatons of warheads. Mutually Assured Destruction requires 400 megatons of warheads. Would this be acceptable to Russian planners? Moscow's bunker is only one of over a hundred underground facilities. Will the "chief prince" of Moscow, Putin, consider this acceptable damage?

THE KEY TO THE CRYPTOGRAM THE SIGN OF THE END OF THE AGE - THE SIX DAY WAR A GENERATION - 40 YEARS 1967 - 2007

Matthew 24:34

"Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass till ALL these things be fulfilled."

A generation in Deuteronomy is 40 years: an unbelieving generation that had to move in the wilderness for 40 years. The unbelieving generation of Jesus' day was also 40 years and within that 40 years the destruction of the Temple was seen. The prophecy occurred in Matthew 24:2. 40 Years is always a time of testing.

Matthew 24:32

"Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:"

The Branch became tender in 1948 when Israel became a nation. It put forth leaves in 1967 when eastern Jerusalem and the temple area was recaptured, along with the Golan Heights, Gaza Strip, Sinai Peninsula and West Bank.

40 Years from 1967 is 2007. Daniel's Seventieth Week, as all Christians know, is 7 years long. This is confirmed in Revelation. Subtracting Daniel's 70th week from 2007 brings us to the year 2000. God has triangulated the year for us.

Interestingly, Jim Bramlett, who is a retired Colonel who also worked for Pat Robertson for a while, has compiled an interesting list of angel reports (in the intelligence community we call Signal Intelligence SIGINT) -- so I suppose we could call this the same -- and they started occurring in 1993. The only mention of actual years was a cryptic reference to 1999 (on one occasion) and 2000 (on another). 1999 / 2000. 1999 / 2000. That's a cryptographic technique. 1999 / 2000 is the Hebrew Year 5760, which began in September of 1999 and ends in Setpember of 2000. Who says God isn't a military man?

The Bible calls Him "the Lord of Armies." Enough said.

SIGNS IN THE HEAVENS - NOW

Since God created the heavens and the earth, you would expect His signature as the artist of creation in the skies.

Luke 21:25

"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars;"

Jesus Himself said to look for these signs.

Blood-red moons, caused by lunar eclipses, have been seen over Jerusalem in 1996 and 1997, falling precisely on major feast-days of the Jewish calendar.

Joel 2:30-31

"And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord comes."

Over the years 1996 to 1999, precisely at the time of the Feast of Trumpets in Israel (Tishrei 1), there will be a sign in the heavens that has never occurred before (while man was on the earth) and cannot occur again for another 25,920 years, according to astronomers. The new moon will be 'born' in the constellation of Bethulah (the Virgin) on this date during each of these four years, and will then move directly to the feet of the Virgin within 24 hours. The Sun is just below the horizon, so that Bethulah is 'clothed' with the Sun. Positioned over the Virgin's head is the constellation known as "Bernice's Hair" - the crown of twelve stars! And higher, above her legs, we find Draco, the Dragon, poised to devour her child when it is born.

Revelation 12:1-6

"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:"

"And she being with child cried, travailing birth, and pained to be delivered."

"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads."

"And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born."

"And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne."

"And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days."

The three-year period of this sign represents the birth pangs of the woman. In 1996 and also in 1999, this sign occurs on the Sabbath. Could the birth pangs have begun in 1996 and the actual birth take place in 1999 (1999/2000) ?

On January 23, 1950 the Knesset restored Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Forty nine years later, on January 23, 1999, the largest astronomical event to take place since the inception of the Universe occurred! On January 23, 1999 a gigantic gamma-ray burst of light took place in the heavens. The most violent event ever observed in the Universe. It is the subject of no fewer than six papers in two scientific magazines. It is the largest explosion since the creation of the Universe. This particular burst had the power of nearly ten million billion suns. The awesome power of God. It had God's stamp on it, for "God is light." It also had God's timing on it, happening precisely 49 years after Jerusalem was restored as the capital of Israel. We are now in the Jubilee year. Any student of the Bible knows what that means!

Things that happen to Israel are for types and examples unto us. Job stated that the "secrets of wisdom, they are double to that which is." Another cryptographic technique God uses all throughout prophecy in the Bible with precision that is beyond our imagination.

If that wasn't enough, the first Gamma Ray burster ever seen was spotted in 1967, the year of the 6-day War, Sign of the End of the Age, when Israel grew leaves and fulfilled the fig tree parable of Matthew 24:32-34. She took Jerusalem and fulfilled Luke 21:24.

Strange to astronomers but not to Christians, the Gamma Ray Burster of 1999 was beamed directly at the earth, from nine billion light years away. No polarization was noted. No man could arrange such a sign, nor the precision of its delivery.

The Gamma Ray burster appeared in Bootes (THE COMING SHEPHERD), a decan in the constellation Virgo (THE VIRGIN). That is also significant. The Greek Bootes is taken from the Hebrew root "bo" meaning TO COME. A bright star in Bootes is Arcturus, which means HE COMES. Nekkar means THE PIERCED (i.e, the pierced shepherd). Mizar, guardian, was earlier knows as Mirac, THE COMING FORTH (like an arrow). Murphride means TO SEPARATE. This fits beautifully at the Rapture.

An additional sign happened in 1999 - on the day of Pentecost - a very rare event, the appearance of a new star. More on this significance of this astronomical discovery later.

THE BIBLE CODE AND THE END OF DAYS

The well-recognized (among the scholastic community) Bible Code is a fact. Scientists and professors at well-known American and Israeli Universities have proven it. God encoded the Torah, the first five books of the Bible, and more.

It is encoded as a two-dimensional array, and equidistant letter sequences spell out words with related meanings in close proximity. Dates of both World Wars, the Holocaust and a detailed description of it, Watergate, the Kennedy assassination and Princess Di's untimely demise are all in it. The detailed date that the Gulf War started is located in it. Over 1,000 major historical events have been found to date in it. A prestigious peer magazine in the mathematics community has reviewed and published an article on the phenomenon.

Though requiring an understanding of advanced mathematics, cryptology and statistics are the norm for searching the Code, several programs have been released which do not require a knowledge of Hebrew to operate the programs. But in actuality it's better to rely on expert opinion. Harold Gans, for instance, was key in performing tests to confirm Hebrew Years 5760 and 5766 as I mention shortly. He was a senior cryptanalyst and spent approximately 500 hours confirming Israeli work on the codes, which interestingly enough has also been used by the Mossad. The National Security Agency Super-Computers are called Cray Computers. Not many people have ever seen them. They occupy one large level of NSA headquarters and are constantly super-cooled by sub-level refrigeration units because of their fast performance. Your home computer would take approximately 22,000 years to complete a Cray calculation which requires several seconds.

Daniel 12:4

"But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book until the time of the End."

Strangely, these Equidistant Letter Sequences often appear where the surface text alludes to similar events. The statistical probability of this type of occurrence is well in excess of 1 in 10,000,000.

For example, where the patriarch Jacob mentions "what will befall you in the End of Days," in the Bible Code the Jewish Year 5756 appears. This is our calendar year 1995-1996. God is indicating we are in the very end of days in this calendar frame. That was five years ago.

The Bible Code also contains numerous explicit references to Jesus as Messiah. Several books have been written which detail this foreknowledge built into the Bible Code.

World War III is in the Bible Code in the year 5760. The only time "World War" and "Atomic Holocaust" are located in the Bible code are in the years 5760 and 5766. Strangely, these are seven years apart and according to the Book of Revelation these two wars bracket the Tribulation Period. The final battle is called the Battle of Armageddon, at the very end of the Tribulation Period. It will involve the country of China and probably limited nuclear artillery in the Middle East only.

The Bible Code states "It will bombard your country, terror, devastation, it is being launched." These words imply a nuclear holocaust.

The Bible states that Jesus Himself is the Eternal Word - the coding of the Bible is a task so complex all of our super-computers could not do it. Only the mind of God could have done it. The level of statistical significance is so great it is almost immeasurable.

HOSEA 6:1-2

Jesus said that "heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall never pass away." In fact, He went so far as to say that "not one jot or tittle" would be changed. A tittle is a small diacritical mark, such as a dot over a vowel.

Let's see what Hosea 6:1-2 has to say about Christ's plan for the church:

"Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. AFTER TWO DAYS HE WILL REVIVE US: IN THE THIRD DAY HE WILL RAISE US UP, AND WE SHALL LIVE IN HIS SIGHT."

2 Peter 3:8 states:

"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."

1,000 years on earth = 1 day of God

The last part of the verse states that "in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight." This refers to the Millennium, the 1,000 - year period after the Tribulation period.

In addition to the ELS codes, discovered only a few years ago, there is a unique number code in the Bible recognized from the early ages of the church.

The Old Testament was originally written in Hebrew and the New Testament in Greek. These two languages used the letters of their alphabets as symbols for amounts. Their alphabets were called "dual character systems" - one of sound, or phonetics and the other of amount or number. In the first century, AD, Barnabas, the traveling companion of Paul, wrote concerning this. Early manuscripts of Revelation used this to number chapters.

There are twenty-four letters in the Greek alphabet, and twenty-two letters in the Hebrew alphabet. Each has a numerical equivalent, between 1 and 800. There are two reasons this is so interesting. First, in the verse quoted above, let's continue the study...

"Then we shall know, we who follow on to know Jehovah, His going forth is established as the dawn; and He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth." (Hosea 6:3).

The Hebrew phrase "established as the dawn" has a multiplied numeric value of 5760. The Hebrew Year 5760 appears to be a pivotal date. In Exodus 31:15-17 it states, among other things, that in Six Days God made the Heavens and the Earth. The numeric values of the letters in the words Six Days (dropping the zeroes, as they are merely placeholders) is 5760. It's getting more interesting...

The THIRD DAY mentioned in Scripture IN HEBREW calculates to - you guessed it - 5760. Perhaps God is telling us that the juncture between the close of the six days (6,000 years since Adam) and the beginning of the great Third Day in Hosea is 5760.

There is something else hidden within Hosea. "He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth."

Why is the latter rain mentioned first? It doesn't seem logical - or does it? The latter rain is the spring rain. The former rain is the autumn rain. Autumn was seed time and spring was harvest.

Keep that in mind as we study Pentecost shortly.

But let's stay for a moment on the Number Code. When God spoke to Noah in Genesis 6:3 He told Noah: "My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years." Noah was 600 at the time, so it doesn't make sense that God would tell him his lifetime was 120 years. Noah would have been long since gone!

What was God telling Noah, and especially telling us? The 120 years that were allotted to man could well be Jubilee years (50 years). If that is true, then 50 times 120 = 6,000 years. That's man's right of dominion over the earth until Jesus begins the process of reclaiming it (the earth's rulers, as you know, don't give up that right easily - it takes the 70th Week of Daniel to convince them).

If this is true, then the Hebrew Year 5760, or Gregorian 2000 -- this year -- sees the expiration of the lease of man's dominion. Using the ELS Code Program (Equidistant Letter Sequence, the awesome matrix in the Bible that interestingly could not even be duplicated by a Cray Computer) - there is confirmation of that concept in Numbers 3 and 4. The remarkable matrix suggests that the "appointed times" for "man's days" would be counted by "Jubilees" which would produce "6000 years", carrying us to the year "5760."

This is an awesome revelation - and for the reader's information, the Hebrew calendar is exactly 240 years different than ours. No historical reasons have ever been proposed to explain this difference, but your encyclopedia will tell you that to convert from the Hebrew to the Gregorian calendar, just add 240 years. I imagine God designed it that way, for the Bible states that, "God declares unto man his thoughts." That would include the calendar, alphabet and number system.

5760 is the number of grains of gold in a pound of gold.

ISRAEL & WORLD WAR III

Israel is in process of finalizing peace arrangements with its Arab neighbors. Israel is giving up land for peace. The Oslo Accords were originally signed in 1993, and seven years were allotted for a Final Framework Agreement, which is due to be signed in September of this year, 2000.

1 Thessalonians 5:3

According to Paul, "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."

In Ezekiel, Chapters 38 and 39, Russia, united with a confederacy of Islamic nations, will attack the State of Israel.

The United States at that time will respond towards the aid of Israel, and World War III occurs. America (which the Bible calls the Land of the Isles - Ezekiel 39:6 - "And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the Isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord.") will participate in a nuclear exchange.

Ezekiel 39:12

"And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land."

Israel will bury the dead from that War for seven months.

The place is called the Valley of Hamongog (Ezekiel 39:15).

Yeltsin has appointed 14,000 Communist leaders to head all of the major administrative and military divisions of Russia. Two of the most dangerous men in the world today are Alexander Lebed, and Vladimir Zhirinovsky. Both of these Russians want to create a Russian Empire by combining forces with Islamic States of the Middle East.

In the Russian military there are many who wish to see the "glory of Russia" rise again. Many Russian politicians agree with Vladimir and Alexander's blueprint for a Russian future.

Ezekiel wrote about Russia 2,500 years ago (Ezekiel Chapters 38 and 39).

According to Ezekiel, Russia will think a thought of world domination. Conquest. It will think an evil thought and attack the nation of Israel, united with Islamic forces.

THE WHITE HORSE - THE PEACE OF ISRAEL

In Revelation, Chapter 6, we see the White Horse emerge as the seals are broken. IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING the White Horse is the Red Horse.

RED HORSE = WORLD WAR III

The White Horse brings peace to Israel; the Red Horse takes peace away and the Tribulation Period begins. God clearly states that the purpose of the Tribulation Period is to test and try those that dwell on the earth. Right after the Rapture, that will be the rest of the world.

An individual known as the Antichrist arises shortly after the Rapture - we know very little about him and his identity will not be completely known until Christians are gone. For 3 1/2 years he is a man of peace; then during the last 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation Period (The Great Tribulation) he is revealed for who he is. We only have a few clues about the man:

1 - He must be a current world leader, and very charismatic. 2 - The Bible describes his countenance as "an angry king." 3 - Daniel 11:37 "Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women." 4 - Revelation 13:3 "And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast." This could be a 'political' wound.

Immediately after World War III, the Antichrist strengthens a 7-year covenant with Israel. According to the book of Daniel, he "confirms the covenant with many for a week." A week of years or 7 years.

To "confirm" a covenant may indeed mean that he strengthens an existing covenant: the Oslo Peace Agreement. The covenant is already in place and he makes it more secure.

THE FINAL GENERATION 1967 - 2007 AD

Parable of the Fig Tree: Matthew 24:32-35

Now learn a parable of the fig tree;

(Israel)

When his branch is yet tender,

(May 1948, Israel returns as a state)

And putteth forth leaves,

(June 1967, Israel recaptures Jerusalem)

Ye know that summer is nigh:

(Last days)

So likewise ye, when ye shall see ALL these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

40 years = 1 Generation

40 years will not expire until the fulfillment of the end time prophecies. June 1967 to 2007.

Jesus then further adds, "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."

Jeremiah in Chapter 24 refers to the children of Israel as figs. The place in which the Figs were born is "The Land of Israel."

40 Years is a Bible generation:

Under Moses, the children of Israel murmured and were made to wander in the wilderness for 40 years.

A countdown of 40 in the Bible has always preceded a new beginning:

Noah & The Flood Moses and The Ten Commandments Israel and The Promised Land Jesus and the Temptation of Satan The Judgment on Israel within 40 years of Jesus' death (Destruction of Temple by the Romans)

From June 1967 to 2007 is a Generation of 40 Years. According to Jesus the 40-year time line will not expire until the fulfillment of the end time prophecies.

When the Rapture occurs, tens of millions of Americans who are Born-Again Christians will suddenly be missing. Possibly several hundred million will be missing worldwide. Government, industry and the military in the U.S. will be disrupted to astronomical levels. Russia will see the opportunity and seize it.

OLD TESTAMENT TYPES

Did God provide any clues in the Old Testament as to the fixed schedule (from Revelation) of the event of the Rapture?

Enoch in the Old Testament is seen being removed from the earth between two points in time -- following a blood sacrifice and prior to the Flood. He was raptured on Sivan 6. Enoch was a gentile. This points to those whom Enoch typifies (Christians) being removed from the earth at a time following that which Abel's death typifies (Christ's death) but preceding that which the Flood typifies (the coming Tribulation).

Thus, both the participants and the timing of the Rapture are introduced in this foundational type.

The Song of Solomon 2:10-13 also indicates what season the Rapture will be in. It says, "My beloved spoke, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away (i.e., the Rapture). For lo, the winter is past and the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come (spring), and the voice of the turtledove (the Holy Spirit) is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her GREEN FIGS, and the vines with the TENDER GRAPE (i.e., the firstripe grapes) give a good smell, ARISE, my love, my fair one, and COME AWAY." It ends with "This is the Secret of the Stairs." It is reminiscent of Jacob's ladder - it's a direct reference to the Rapture.

The time slot when there are green figs and firstripe grapes is a narrow one. It has to be the latter part of May or early June. THE ONLY FEAST THAT FITS THIS TIME SLOT IS PENTECOST, which particularly belongs to the Church. In 33 AD, the Spirit of Christ came to fill the Church. At the Rapture those that are filled with the Spirit of Christ will leave the earth.

Interestingly, a new star, an extremely rare event, was detected by astronomers on Pentecost 1999. A one-year warning, typical in the Bible, and evidence of the significance of Pentecost.

Then on September 10, 1999, the Midnight Peace Treaty (it was signed at Midnight) was signed by the Prime Minister of Israel. Nine is God's number of perfect completion. There are nine planets in the solar system. A baby is born nine months after conception. And exactly nine months from September 10, 1999 takes us to Pentecost, June 10, 2000. Actually due to world time differences it could be on June 9 or June 10th. The precise 24-hour period is not known but it is a fixed schedule, and falls on a feast day.

Paul said we would see the day approaching. We certainly can.

Pentecost is when the first of the firstfruits are brought into the house of the Lord (Exodus 23: 14-19). And Christians are certainly the first of the firstfruits. We are called wheat, and Pentecost is the firsftruits of the wheat harvest (Exodus 34:22).

The first trumpet of the Bible sounded on Pentecost the day the Ten Commandments were given at Sinai.

Hidden in the Scripture are the secrets that are likenesses or duplicates of things that have happened before.

Boaz, the kinsman-redeemer type of Christ, chose Ruth as his Gentile bride on Pentecost, "the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest." (Ruth 2:23).

Dr. Tabor, who is translating for the Original Bible Project, said, "I am sure you have looked at Jeremiah 5:24 before. There we have reference to our former and latter rains -- and how they come in their proper TIME -- but we also read: and He keeps for us Shavuot, appointed for the harvest." Awesome - the Lord keeps Pentecost.

Jesus warned the church about both the blessing and the judgment that would occur at the harvest:

Matthew 24: "But suppose that servant (notice he is a servant, with a relationship to Christ) is wicked and says to himself, 'My master is staying away a long time' (wicked servants: those who teach there is only a mid or post-trib rapture, or no rapture at all), and he then begins (notice he doesn't get very far) to beat his fellow servants (to try to convince them that there is no rapture or it is delayed). The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him (that's because mid and post trib teachers are teaching the wrong date!), and at an hour he is not aware of (an hour is a fixed schedule, like Pentecost, a feast day which is actually 2 days). He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

This sounds like at the harvest (Rapture) -- God 'harvests' all believers. The people left on earth are in one of two categories: unbelievers or the 'foolish virgins' which scholars interpret to mean nominal 'professing' Christians who have never become Born Again and given their hearts to Jesus.

So at the Rapture we see what happens to the wheat and the tares (tares are weeds) -- let's look at a similar parable Jesus taught. Matthew 13:24-29: "Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both (the evil and good servants) grow together until the harvest (until the rapture); and in the time of harvest (rapture) I (Yeshua) will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares (among the living who are raptured the evil goes first, evil servants or tares) and bind them in bundles to burn them (scripture tells us that the evil or wicked servants are cast to outer darkness - it does not sound like a good destination and is apparently a section of hell), but gather (essentially simultaneously at the rapture) the wheat (the good servants) into my barn."

Judgment and separation occur at the harvest - rapture. It's very plain.

MORE PROVIDENTIAL SIGNS

As if to further triangulate the season of the Rapture with Providential Circumstances, God continues to furnish us with amazing signs in these last seconds of time.

Not only is Framework Final (Land for Peace) Agreement due to be signed in September, 2000, the culmination of seven years of efforts (think of Joseph, the type of Christ, and seven good years followed by seven bad years), but some other startling news items have appeared in the last moments of time.

"Timeline for UR 2000" is due to be launched on June 26, 2000. This was formulated back in 1997 and is due to occur this year. It's a religious equivalent of the United Nations. A New World Order Religion, called "United Religions." It is supposed to unite all religions and bring peace to the world. On June 26, 2000, the United Religions charter will be signed, while a walking pilgrimage for peace among religions takes place in villages towns and cities throughout the world. The Pope is planning to visit Israel -- the Jewish/Christian/Moslem sector of Jerusalem -- to announce that all religions should be combined into one.

The only thing we can see holding this back is the Holy Spirit -- salt-of-the-earth Christians who are set against this. Once we are out of the picture, the restraining influence will be removed, and this UR will officially launch its charter on June 26, 2000. After the Rapture takes place on June 9 or June 10 that would remove the salt that restrains the growth of the leaven.

That is not all - on February 15, 2000 the Vatican signed a 'covenant with death': Arafat. The document declares that any Jewish unilateral decisions in Jerusalem are morally unacceptable and will not be recognized. The Vatican has never accepted Israel because she would not establish diplomatic relations with her or recognize Jerusalem as the national capitol.

Yet Arafat is recognized immediately even though he won't have a country until September 2000.

This agreement denies the Abrahamic Covenants guaranteeing Israel its territory. It flies against the very words of Jesus. Jerusalem has become a burdensome stone around the neck of the nations, and God has said He will cut to pieces all those who go against the Jewish people and Israel (Zechariah). It is the zenith of insanity for the Vatican to sign such a document. It is a flash point of judgment for God's anger.

Nominal Christianity has arrived at apostasy with deafening silence throughout Europe. Peter said when all of these conditions happened, that the earth would be baptized with nuclear fire.

John's report in Revelation of the First Trumpet Atomic War does not mention a victor. Israel will survive, but the other parties to the exchange have no victor.
