	This half term the girls covered stuff from the Russia Awareness book from London south east (I think), they made a unit chart so they could record who had completed what task. They did all kinds of things, they started by learning about why Guiding was stopped in Russia, and they built kites, made puppets, blew eggs and decorated them to look like Faberge eggs. They made a list of how many ways to use a potato; they also learnt to write their names in Russian. We decided to hold a meeting during the half term break, this was so we could take part in “Jump Rope” a sponsored skip, we raised money for British Heart Foundation.
