My name is Altamiro, and I´m a Scout Leader in  Brasil. I´ve been collecting scout badges/patches since I was a boy scout... long time ago...  ; ) My collection really improved after 1995, when I began using whe web.

My goal is obtaining one or more badges from each country in the world, but I´m also interested in  flags, national strip, asociation, promise, district, council and county badges
