SELLER BEWARE.
I recently sold a house in Albuquerque NM.   During the course of the sale, my wife and I agreed to make some repairs to the property. Our agent, Annie Jaques, recommended her handyman, Mel Muller, and assured us that ths price would be reasonable.  We received Mr. Muller's estimate from Ms. Jaques and we decided to go with Mr. Muller.  However, we had already made some of the repairs and had purchased parts that were included in the estimate.  After we paid the bill at closing, we noticed that his invoice was for the *exact* amount of his estimate!  I have discussed this with Ms. Jaques and she has agreed that we were overcharged by at least $150.
