A BRIEF RESUME

I am a "serious hobbyist" photographer with a particular interest in landscape and wildlife subjects. My wife and I are now retired to the small town of Narooma on the south coast of NSW, Australia.

In my "previous life" I was a civil engineer involved in the planning and design of water resources projects in many parts of the world. I spent 25 years working and travelling in many countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, India, China, Cambodia, Thailand, Afghanistan, Kenya and Tanzania. I have also been on "photographic safaris" to places like Hawaii, China, Western Canada, India, Malawi and South Africa. In 2000 we travelled by container ship from Australia to Japan. However, these days we mainly stay in Australia.

For the past three years I have taken most of my photos on my Canon D60 digital camera. I then use Photoshop in my "digital darkroom" and print selected images on an Epson 1290 printer. My recent purchase of a 400mm (Canon f5.6) lens has intensified my interest in taking ird photographs.

I sell some prints locally, but my main objective at the present is to sell images through internet stock photo agencies. I am a member of two such agencies: Ozimages (in Australia, see link below) and PhotographersDirect (in the UK). So far my sales have been moderate only, but maybe 2005 is going to be my big year!

Please have a look at my photographs as displayed on my Ozimages site (see below) - I have over 500 there at present. All my photographs are for sale - please email me for a quotation.

If you have found this site or its links interesting, or would like some further information or just to say hello, please email me.
