When syphilis was first discovered, penicillin was withheld from Black men with the oppressor's intention to observe the disease through its three stages.

      For hundreds of years, Black men were used as genie pigs to test medical treatments for diseases which were created by powerful government officials. Today Aids is running rampant in Africa and throughout the entire Black communities of the world.  The destroyers of our people will stop at no length to attain their objectives.

      The time has come for us to establish our own hospitals and other medical institutions.  This we must do, to combat the plagues which our destroyers unleashed on us.  History has taught us, that the Black man's ability to bring healing to himself is astounding.

      It was Jesus, the great physician, a Black man, who went about two thousand years ago healing the sick and raising the dead.  It was a Black man who performed the first open heart surgery.

      For many years, Africa and Africans have been very effective in helping heal the entire world.  Let us do for ourselves the good deeds we have been doing for our enemies.
