Boy Scout
Troop 503
San Leandro
California
Boy Scouts get away from it all!  They camp, hike and adventure in the great outdoors.  They get together in troops, and try new experiences that test their knowledge and skills.  Boy Scouting is available to boys who are 11 through 17 years of age, who have earned the Arrow of Light Awards, or have completed the fifth grade.

Webelos Patrols and their families are always welcome to our meetings.  A visit to a Boy Scout Troop will help complete their Arrow of Light requirement.  Come see what goes on at a Troop 503 meeting.  Call Assistant Scoutmaster Margie Greene (510) 569-9839 to set a date for a troop visit.

Troop 503 meets every Wednesday night at 7:30 in the Roosevelt Elementary School Multipurpose Room located at 951 Dowling Blvd.
Parent meetings are on the last Wednesday of the month, held concurrently with the Troop meeting.

Troop 503 is always accepting adults who are able to add their enthusiasm and expertise to the Troop.  Do you have some time to help put a smile on a Scout's face?  If so, become an Adult Volunteer.

Troop 503 Fees:  $44 per year
($20 for registration and Boys Life Magazine and $24 for troop dues) payable in September. If a boy joins the troop mid-year, fees are prorated.  Webelos transferring from a Pack into Troop 503 mid-year are not charged Troop fees.
Troop 503 recipients of the Indian Lore merit badge have something special to wear while paddling their tule boats or lounging around their new long house
