Thank you for visiting! The inspirational words above are those that I try to live by.

At this point, you may be curious
as to why I am called "Bubbles"
and want to know a little about me.

I love bubbles and always have.
Bubbles bring smiles to all ages
- whether they be blown in the wind by
a young child or an adult *S*,
found in a favourite beverage
or a warm bath. There is something
about them that bring joy.

A little about myself

I live in Iowa on a farm where we raise
corn and soybeans. Country life allows
for quiet nights, great neighbours
and friends, lots of pets, abundant
sunshine and clean air. Iowa is a
wonderful place to raise a family!

My husband and I have been married for
19 years. As with so many farmers
these days, he also works off the farm
at a local grain elevator. Planting
and harvest season are a busy time of year,
both at his workplace and on our farm!

We have two children - a 17 yr. old son and
a 14 yr. old daughter. Both are great kids
and typical brother and sister! With two
teens in the home, life is never dull!!!

I work as an administrator for a local
government agency. In my work as a
veteran's advocate, I can hopefully make a
difference in the lives of those that have
served our country in the military as I
strive to help them receive the benefits to
which they are entitled. Their self-sacrifice
for their country ensured us the many
freedoms that we enjoy today!

I love music!!! Since I was a child,
music has played an important part in my
life. A day cannot go by without music
in my life!

I have found that this place called the
internet allows for the opportunity to
make friends all over the world. I love
the opportunity to learn of different
cultures, people, places and travel
the planet.
