PRISTIOPHORIFORMES,
SQUATINIFORMES,
HETERODONTIFORMES
Each of these three orders consists of a single family.

Pristiophoriformes, the sawsharks, are a minor group of harmless bottom-dwelling sharks that resemble small swordfishes.  There are five species of these.

The ray-like angelsharks, or Squatiniformes, are distinguished by their flattened bodies and mottled surface.  There are at least 15 species of these sharks.

Bullhead sharks, or Heterodontiformes, are unique in having spines on their two dorsal fins and an anal fin.  There are eight species of Heterodontiformes.
