To date, 7 spammers' accounts have been permanently closed following complaints from this webmaster. (Unfortunately, they presumably had no trouble opening new ones.) If he had the time and patience to be absolutely diligent, the number would be higher. He did receive one actual apology from a spammer, which made him inordinately glad, albeit only for a few minutes ;-)
