Ken Says: Drakon is a game for 2 to 6 players. Each character starts out in Drakon's Den. The first player to find 5 gold coins wins the game, the rest are dragon food.

All characters start the game on a single 2 x 2" tile. Players have the option to either play a tile, or move onto a tile that's already been played. This is very important, since you must plan ahead.  You don't want to place a valuable tile, only to have one of your compeditors jump on it and claim the prize.  The tiles are all marked with one-way exits, so you can't go back the way you came in (unless you use the Magical Vortex, or a Master Key, or you happen to be the Wizard). Rooms get rotated, destroyed, and swapped out. Gold coins get stolen, lost, found, or dropped on the Drakon's den, and Characters can be forced to move in a number of ways. Each game is quite different, as the playing board builds up as the game progresses, comprised of tiles that each player plays from their "card hand" (4 tiles).

In the advanced game, each character has a special ability that they can use once during the game.

Pros: Very easy to learn with lots of choices and good player interaction.  Especially when trying to deny your neighbor the gold.  Don't let the fantasy element fool you,  Drakon can appeal to a wide variety of gamers.

Cons: Very few, if any.  A real delight to play.  I suppose the tiles could be a little bigger for easier handling, but that's not really a nit.

Addendum: The artwork on each tile is nicely done.  There are tiny torches in the corners and the floor texture really comes through.
