After 1976 Waukegan-North Chicago Transit was assigned buses by Northern Illinois RTA/PACE. The operation became the Pace North Division in 1985.

30,36,39,43-44 sold to Racine Motor Coach in 1951, later to Kenosha Motor Coach as 711-715

51-53 leased to racine 1954, back 1956, 1957, 1958 respectively.

Note 5:
131-132 were leased to Metron Systems as 1-2 in 1973, later returned, ran in Metron colors until retired.
