In May we spent the weekend with our friends in Statesville
on the way there we stopped at the Statesville civic center see the
new Ben Long fresco.
The next morning we rode up to Shatley Springs for breakfast
on the way there we stopped at the church at Glendale Springs
to see the last supper fresco
After breakfast we looked around the gift shops and paused for pictures.
Leaving Shatley springs we rode down the Blue Ridge Parkway
to the Cone Mansion before heading home.
