The above picture is a part of my hosting family at dinner. The empty seat is mine as well as the fish above the plate of rice. The ripe mango "shake" was a treat. The sweet and sour vegetable sauce over the fish delighted my palate to no end. The conversation was light and simple yet it originated from the heart. For this alone, I wanted to stay forever!
