BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT

In essence there is nothing that cub a man's spirit in any endeavor than criticism.
When young business entrepreneurs go into business without carefully looking
all the risks involved or domains of competence there is no assurance of progress.

The project through CADYF consultants, will set up business orientation and
training curriculum which will guide young business entrepreneurs. It will identify
business ideas in youth and develop them into business plans for the implementation
by youths in diverse domains. The project shall assist youth in business evaluation,
planning and counsel in their business enterprise. Business development forum shall be
organized for the promotion of business initiatives in youth and the encouragement to
the target group in this domain. The core of the project shall be to set up training centers
for destitute girl child, drop outs and the vulnerable group in the society
in the domain of small and medium size enterprises from their empowerment.

These domains include tailoring woodwork training centers, craft new information
and communication technology.

The expected result is the society where in the private sector is fully represented by the young
business entrepreneurs and guaranteeing their success. Business training will empower youth
in this domain with fruitful information making them manage their resources adequately. By this
there will be success on the way of the youth ad development of the economy of the country
from the private sectors. Peace will ensure since the youth will be viable and with economic
strength they can contribute actively in the political evolution of Cameroon. Many of them will
not be easily bought over by a thousand francs or two during election for a vote and hence
there will be true democracy in the ballot box.
