MEMBERS (1)

1. shall regularly engage in Bible study and prayer.
2. shall regularly attend Sunday services and meetings held by this church.
3. shall lead a life that is pleasing to the Lord, in accordance with scriptural principles.
4. shall witness for the Lord and win others to Christ.
5. shall be faithful stewards for the Lord.
6. shall tithe in accordance with biblical teachings.
7. shall assist in the ministry of the church.
8. shall serve the Lord with other members in one accord.
9. shall adopt and revise of the constitutions and bylaws. (2)
10. shall hear of reports of ministry. (3)
11. shall approve the annual budgets of the church, building program and any other programs determined by the board as mandatory for membership approval.
12. shall confirm of deacons and auditor through a general meeting. (5)
13. shall approve transactions of real property under the name of the church. (6)
14. may inspect any church documents by notice to the secretary of the board. (7)
15. may approve the church issue debenture by a special resolution.
16. may authorize the board on behalf of and in the name of this church, raise or secure the payment or repayment of money in such manner as the board decide and in particular but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by the issue of debentures. (8)
17. may be called by the board to remove the senior pastor with a special resolution. (9)
18. may make a requisition for general meeting. (10)
