John Robert Colombo

 

Canada's "master gatherer", John Robert Colombo, was born in Canada in 1936. He is responsible for Canada's first SF anthology called Other Canadas: An Anthology of Science Fiction and Fantasy. Another of his SF collections is called Worlds in Small. His  SF fiction consists mostly of poetry. In 1979 he published the first bibliography of Canadian SF and fantasy contributors called CDN SF&F.
