The show took place at the Sears Theatre set up of the Air Canada Centre. it held about 5000 people, and it was sold out :) it was such an awesome concert! before the concert, a couple of girls from the humble and fred brigade handed out posters, and i told them that i was already a member of the club :) they laughed, and then we talked for a bit. The show was awesome except for serial joe! me and my sis {but especially me} were making fun of them all night long. at one point, Ryan said "fuck off" to some guy in the crowd, and i yelled out "fuck you, you egotistical jerk!" everyone in our section started laughing :) ooh...and Ian from MGB ran out in a mask in the middle of Serial Joe's set...the only reason i knew it was him was cause my friend Katie had 9th row, and she could tell from his tatoo.
at this point i couldn't take them anymore, so me and my sis decided to go down to the lower level to see the stuff that moist was selling. so, we were walking around downstairs, and we decided to buy some junk food (cherry blasters and licorice..mmmmmm.....!) so anyways, we're walking around downstairs, and we pass the door area, and i go to my sister "that guy looks like bill welychka!" but she didn't see him. then we're walking by the merchandise stand and i'm looking at all the stuff that they have for sale, then my sis says hi to someone. So i'm like "who did you just say hi too?!" and i turn around, and it's george walking with visnja and another chick with long blond hair. so then i basically freak out cause i missed george...ah well...then i ran into my friend Katie, and we were talking for a bit, and she goes to me "hey! did you know that Bill Welychka is over there!" and i was dying of laughter, cause i KNEW i had seen him! :)
k, so then we had to go back upstairs, cause it was almost time for MGB. They were awesome! As soon as i heard "K-I-C-K-A-S-S, THAT'S THE WAY WE SPELL SUCCESS!" i was totally into it! the people around me didn't seem to know the words to the songs, so they must've thought i was a freak or something..but it was fun! i really wanted them to play fearless, cause that's my favourite MGB song...but they didn't :/
during the set change between moist and MGB, a bunch of security guards came to our area, and kicked out a bunch of people who were being "unruly" in the row on top of ours...as they were getting ready to leave, a bottle of vodka dropped onto the floor from one of their jackets. they were losers. but i don't think they actually ended up leaving (not that i really cared, cause at this point, the arena had gone dark and it was time for moist!)
Moist was SSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOO amazing!! i can see moist over and over again! (and i will too! next time they come, i'm there! #7!) i LOVE the way they do Resurrection live! Paul screwed up on the drums for Leave it Alone :) i memorized the drums to that song, cause I LOVE playing it :) PUSH WAS SSSSOOOOO GOOD! MGB, Serial Joe and a bunch of naked guys came out to play in the middle of the song. who were the naked guys that ran out?! was that gob? i couldn't tell, cause i was too high up. one of those guys had a really boney ass though...
