Duck Hunting
This is my Blackjack duck hunting boat.
I have a Nissan 9.9 outboard motor on it and it is perfect
for one man and a dog.
This is a picture of my first Black Lab, Blazer.
He was purchased from Hunter`s Marsh Kennels in Alpina Michigan.
Blazer has since gone to his happy hunting grounds, he was an excellent duck dog and companion.
I have fond memories of shooting doubles and triples, we would both go in different directions and meet back at the boat with our ducks.
I now have a new pup that is in training, his name is Jessie and he comes from the home of my good friends Bruce and Chris Kennedy in Tuscon Arizona.
This is Jason who I usually have the opportunity to hunt with at least once a year.
Jason was attempting to steal some swamp water in his waders but I made him put it back!
Jason is an exchange student and has made many trips to other countries, he loves to hunt and fish and is very successful at both.

This is our new addition to the family, Jessie.
He`s a pure bred yellow lab that has more energy than the space shuttle!
He loves to retrieve even at this early age.
I hope to have him fully trained by next fall, there`s nothing better than hunting waterfowl with a well trained dog and I`m really looking forward to hunting with Jessie.
Jessie
