| Morten Harket and Head baker Frederik Andersen comtemplate their speldough in bakery´s vats in Majorstua section of Oslo "It´scompletely crazy that this bread, which until now has been only a part of private life, has ended up here" says Morten. Morten Harket inspects a container of dought with Head baker Frederik, the special bread dough recipe of the world famouse pop star has alredy begun to rise in several of bakery´s huge vats. "This dough needs a lots of beathing, but the bread is worth it", asserts Morten. "We came upon the best way to handle if after nunber of interesting attemps, and since then it´s all been smooth sailing. The goal was to came up with a simple and tasty bread that would go with any type of meal, this is simply put, Anne Mette´s spelt bread, asserts Morten. Anne bakes bread based on spelt flour instead of normal wheat flour, spelt flour is itself made from a primitive wheat grain and is unprocessed and more nutricious, spelt bread can also be eaten by those who other wise are allegic to wheat. MUST RISE THREE TIMES. And soon you, too, may be able to eat Morten and Anne Mette bread, if you are in Oslo? "The positive effects of cutting out (normal or glutenous)wheat were self evident, says Harket. And looks affectionately at the bread on the table in fron of him. "I had been feeling so tired, sluggish and sleepy. I believed it was due to stress and didn´t think that my diet could possible be the cause. But the fact is that one developes a much greater sensitilvity to what one eats when one is under stress. And many people today live under a great deal of pressure. "When I was younger I wasn´t worried about anything that didn´t grab my full atention, I wasn´t especially concerned on diets, then". "I really have faith in "the conceptof..." a Harket´s bread. Morten is a man with a philosophy about everything and the only true religion in my opinion is the proper bread. (He said smiling). There is a culture in good bread. And more celebrities are selling healthy bread, the healthier everyone will be" believes Eidsvag.
