The Tatler Tale Heart

Chapter One: All Things Are Possible

“I’m on top of the world Genie!” Beatrice exclaimed looking at the cover one last time.  Eugenie rolled her eyes “Give me that before your ego explodes!” she snatched the Tatler magazine with sister’s picture on the cover away.  “You’re just a bit jealous but don’t worry you’ll be on covers sooner or later” “Sure” she murmered looking out the window “Oh come on Genie don’t spoil my mood” Beatrice nudged her a little.  Eugenie turned back and smiled at her “Sure” “That’s the spirit.”

The Rolls Royce limo came to a stop “I wonder if Papa has gotten here yet?” Beatrice asked heading through the doors “I dunno he’s always either late or never there” Eugenie said shutting the door behind them.  A serviceman came from the stairs “Ahh yes your royal highnesses your grandmother is expecting you two right this way” the butler led them into the Tea Room.  “Phillip the girls are here” they both brightened.

Eugenie and Beatrice sat down “Is my father here yet?” Beatrice asked checking the messages on her cellular phone “No, I’m afraid he’s late once again so is your mother” “Figures!  Hey Genie check this out!” there was message flashing on her phone saying Someone has a crush on you!  “What is that?” “I dunno but they sent me a message saying that someone registered with them to send me a message telling me they like me” then a picture came on the phone “His name is JAYBER84 hmph first I ever heard of him” she scrolled her mailbox more.  He sent her an e-card wishing her a happy birthday and another message:

Hi JuJuBEA!

“Ahem” Prince Andrew cleared his throat Beatrice looked at him “What’s a picture of a boy doing on my little girl’s phone?” “Oh papa it’s just someone who wants to be my friend” “Absolutely not!  Not until he’s checked out and everything then my little Flower Bea you can talk to him” “Fine!” she sighed “Where’s mother?” “Outside we came together” “I’m going to go greet her!” she ran outside.  “Be careful Andrew young girls and guys are falling in love at alarming rates these days” Elizabeth warned “Mother it’s just a message once he checks out they’re only going to start a friendship!” “Sure but these days Andrew anything’s possible” Phillip countered “I will protect my daughter trust me no boy is going to break that bond! Her and I share!”
