Quick Chicken Spread Submitted by Candy
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt Your favorite crackers
Blend cheese and butter. Add onion, salt and pepper. Combine with shredded chicken, and serve on crackers. Garnish with an olive, cherry tomato, or whatever you prefer. |

Vegetable Pizza Bites Submitted by Candy
1 can crescent rolls 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 1/4 c. of each of the following, finely chopped broccoli carrots olives cauliflower celery 1/8 c. finely chopped green onion
Spread crescent roll on baking sheet, pinch seams together. Bake as directed. Let cool Combine cheese, and dressing mix. Spread on baked crescent roll. Cover with vegetables. Cut in to small squares and serve. |

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 1 sm. jar cheese whiz 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese party rye bread
Crumble cooked sausage in bowl. Add cheeses, mix well. Spread mixture on bread. Broil in oven until cheese is lightly brown. |
