You'll probably see this group of people running on the track, around the perimeter of the school campus, or even working out in the gym and throwing medicine balls in a goofy manner. Yep, that should be us. Anyway, you may ask, " Do you guys only train up your muscles and stamina?" And the answer is... NO.
