Alpena, Nov. 14. - That the steamer Arcadian, aground in Thunder Bay since Sunday will be released by tonight is the opinion of men at work on her. The tug Sarnia City and the wrecker Manistique are at the scene of the wreck. The cargo of cement, iron and wire is being taken off.
