Cleveland, O., Nov. 14. - At the offices of the steamship companies managing the steamers Argus, Hydrus, and I. M. Scott, thought to be lost in the storm on the upper lakes, it was stated today that no word had been received that would throw light on the fate of the vessels. The finding of wreckage of the Hydrus and the Argus at Goderich, Ont., however, has made company officials pessimistic as to their recovery.
